Awesome 4/7/2009

I loved this place. We had so much fun staying here. The people at the front desk were super nice and sweet and helped us in figuring out how to get around town and where to go. Our room was a great size and it was really cheap. (Off season, or course) I've never stayed here before, but I'll totally stay here again! Pros: Great room, fun atmosphere more

The Coolest, Funnest Resort 4/4/2007

You walk through the front doors, great young atmosphere and music. The check-in is a few steps away and the elevator to your room is only a few more. In other words, this place isn't running you halfway across the planet by slot machines or past restaurants just to get to your room. Other resorts process you. This place pleases you; from the great-looking staff at check-in, at the tables, in the bars and at the pool to the great restaurants (definitely try Little Bhudda - the best apps and atmosphere!). I love this place. If your looking for brilliant gold fixtures, statues and water fountains, not to mention same-as-everybody-else service...don't come. If you want a place that makes you happy, energized and satisfied...the Palms is it. Pros: Cool atmosphere, short walk to rooms, great restaurants and bars Cons: sames as everybody else in Vegas service more

great video poker 11/24/2006

Palms has some of the best video poker in the city. Full pay dueces wild is the best there is even though you could still lose a lot of money. more

A little overated 11/16/2006

Nice casino but it tries to please both the locals and tourists and that's hard to do. The rooms are very nice and the restaurants are very modest in price. The nights, however belong to the under 30 crowd. We enjoy gambling their during the days much better Pros: Great, especially for the Video Poker crowd Cons: Identity crisis.. is it for locals or tourists? more

Better than average 11/13/2006

So the good things about this place are the Ghost Bar, the Playboy store, and the fantasy suites. Other than that it is still to me just another nice looking hotel and casino. I know it's like THE trendy place to go for singles and young people, but I don't see too much special about it. I only go there when some of my friends beg me to go and check it out. I'm not saying it's bad by any means, it's just a little bit better than ok. more

I GOT THE DEAL OF A LIFE TIME!!! 11/11/2006

i can only judge from what i got for $60.00 a night, and i am sure that this wont ever happen again, but they put me in a HUGE suite!! i mean really huge, a good 2500 sf! two full sized bathrooms huge bed room , huge living room , 8 people could have stayed here no problem and i was by my self! every thing was really nice the 800 thread count linnens, the top of the line bath room products big screen tv's (two of them) the nice bath robes, top of the line all the way, one problem the first night i was there was the neon sign was right out side one of my windows and it was making a buzzing sound that kept me up, but i told them about it and they fixed it.sure it is a very young and loud crowd, and if you are over 30 you feel a little out of place but my room was fantastic!! Pros: I GOT A HUGE LUXURY SUITE FOR $60.00 a night!!! more

Great Place to Stay! 2/14/2006

We stayed here for valentines and loved our room so much. They put us on the very top floor and the views were incredible. VERY comfortable beds and quiet considering most the people that stay here are in their 20's-30's. Easy parking, great slots, and a smaller casino so it doesn't take you an hour to get to one side from the other! I will be coming back here again :) Pros: Great Beds, Affordable, Clubs Cons: none. Great parking more

for the most part good........but 2/5/2006

the waitress service on the floor was horrible! not the fault of the girls, just too much ground to have to cover.we played slots on the south side where 1 girl was covering the whole area.i got 1 drink in 3 hours the first nite and the 2nd nite went to the north side where there were more girls, and was able to get 2 drinks in 3 hours.unless your playing the tables don't expect to get much service on the slots more

Not Bad but Don't see what all the fuss is about 11/7/2005

We had to check out the Palms because we keep seeing it on TV with all the celebritys. It is a nice looking hotel and casino but honestly it isn't everything it is made to be on TV. The slots here are very tight. I play many times and never won anything. I would recommend the buffet here. We both thought the food was plentiful and excellent in taste. more

worst slot 9/25/2005

I have used all the slots in all most all the casinos ,here slots are soo stingy, except the building design and food the rest are bad.Don't lose money in the slots better play with other casino slots.Buffet is good which you can try.The casino is smaller than the ones on the strip which was great. We really enjoyed relaxing at the property's casino bars and restaurants. more

Palms Rocks 9/22/2005

We arrived and to our suprise the hot chick at the desk told us it was our lucky day, and she was upgrading us & our buddy to a suite (in place of our delux room that we paid $80 a night for). Casino was not busy the first night, but night # 2 was. It was awesome. Then our friend hooked up with a chick that told us how to get into a private party at the skin lounge with an open bar, and then tranferr to rain (after a little flirting with the bouncer) with no cover. We got sloppy drunk for free. The night was good. Will definently stay here again! more

WOuld never go back 8/15/2005

After a bad time and bad food at the Nine we called and were to get a call bach yet never did a table of four $ 500 and not one call back And OK if your into star watching yet many MANY other places offer MUCH better food service and stars are all over Vegas this is not the only one spot and FAR FAR FAR over rated For staff to say someone will call back and then not is to me a reason NEVER TO GO BACK Daytime we tried the coffe shop and they got the orders all mixes up as well NOT a stop we will go back to take friends to more

Palms Casino 8/10/2005

Palms Casino is world class because it has one of the best buffets in towm and the service you get at the palms is way above other casinos in town in Las Vegas. more

Trendy and blah 8/7/2005

I get tired of trendy trendy and more trendy. If you like that, this is your kind of casino. I prefer more classy and elegant, perhaps older audience casino. The theatre is ho hum, and every person that walks by you is, er, fake. At least I got $20 bucks out of it. PROS: I can't think of any for me at least CONS: Trendy, which doesn't work for me more

Palms was Awesome 8/5/2003

The place was the perfect size. No losing any members of your crowd. The staff, dealers, pit bosses were all VERY pleasant and helpful. I didn't see one child in the hotel, which made for a nice experience. Young crowd. The pool scene was perfect and the food was very good. Top 40 music and great looking cocktail waitresses finished off the pleasurable experience. Rain and Ghostbar were a great time, but tip the bouncers early so you don't get stuck drinking in line for 2 hours. Pros: VERY Friendly Staff, Music, Clubs, Pool Scene Cons: Lines for Clubs more

Best beds youll ever sleep in 1/16/2003

The most comfortable beds on the planet, rooms are about average Vegas size. Decor is modern hip. Was there for New Years - Room service was fast, maintainence was fast, all staff was friendly. Smaller hotel/casino so its easy to find people if you get seperated, but not too small. Definitely recommend a stay there. Did I mention this place is crawling with women? Pros: Bedding, Club RAIN more

The best little resort in town 12/2/2002

The Palms is definately the place for the 20's and 30's crowd. It's not hug like the other big name resorts, but it offers all of the amenities of them. The casino area is the perfect size, and they have many black jack tables (my game of choice). They always pay Top 40 music through out the hotel and have great food. And for those who have kids, they have Kid's Quest childcare center and 14 screen movie theater. My wife says they have a wonderful spa. They have very nice rooms where you can even hook up an Xbox system for the kids! Pros: atmosphere, family friendly, quality Cons: can be pricey more

Located in the Palms' new, multi-million dollar Fantasy Tower, and branded on the exterior with the iconic bunny profile, the lounge integrates a sophisticated party atmosphere with high-stakes gaming in a totally revolutionary way. The main room features two gaming pits with blackjack, roulette and Playboy slots glimmering from Baccarat crystal chandeliers. Bunnies in nostalgic Roberto Cavalli-designed costumes serve drinks from the shimmering Diamond Bar, and 60 plasma screen TVs entertain guests with footage of Playboy's wealth of beauties.
