Orange Canyon Village Cleaners

I have been using Orange Canyon Village Cleaners for over ten years and have never had an issue with the quality of service there. I take my dry cleaning there on a regular basis. Also, I have had them hem pants for me a few times in the past. When I took my pants to be hemmed, I changed into them while I was there so that they could mark the proper length and make the appropriate changes to the hem. The pants were perfect when I got them back. Overall, I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I was surprised to see such a negative review posted here since the owners have always been very friendly to me and my family, and I have not personally seen them treat any of their customers poorly. more

I will NEVER use these cleaners again! My entire family have been loyal customers to them for over 2 years. Twice now I have had to take recently hemmed pants back to be re-hemmed because they were over 2-3 inches too long. The second time I went back I was yelled at by the owner & then given the silent treatment. She finally agreed to re-hemm them and as she was measuring the pants again started yelling at me again telling me that it was my fault not hers & that she would be charging me 1/2 price to re-hemm even though I already paid over 10 per pants (btw, all 3 I took to her had to be re-hemmed). I told her no, I would not be paying anything since I already paid once. She said fine. I went to pick them up the other day & they told me if I wanted my pants back I would have to pay 1/2 price for the re-hemming. We argued back & forth & the owner re-fused to talk to me. The went on for about 10 minutes & I still had to pay or they wouldnt give me the pants. They just lost a few customers from my family! more
