Don't listen to rmcc1's comment, hundreds of dealers here in southern California sell to non licensed drivers, as long as the cash is there you have the right to buy the car you want. As far as the dealership is concerned I see no problem, they are upright and honest. The sellers have good heads on shoulders and know their mechanics as well. We got a van there and the tachometer malfunctioned a week later, they took care of it no charge :D
