I like this place, when I go out with my friends I feel safe because the bartenders and doormen will not let people harass us. The bar manager is kind of a but the rest of the bartenders are awesome.\r more

In town for business, not knowing anyone, by the time I walked (ok, nearly stumbled but not quite) out of O'Blarneys I did know a few people and had a great time on my first night in Washington. It was Thursday and there was a trivia contest. My team was actually leading for one round but the last round killed us. A nice selection of craft beers on tap and the food is very good at a very reasonable price. It was great fun, very friendly and attentive bar/wait staff, and I will be spending several evenings here before I head back home.\r more

I visited O'Blarney's Irish Pub during the week to check out the local irish offerings. I had the bangers and mash. My mother had the Shepherds pie. Both were very tasty. The prices were reasonable and they accepted a coupon. I will be certain to return.\r more

This place has had the best burgers in town for years. One side is tavern like with pool tables and the other side is suitable for taking children.\r more

O'Blarney's is a place where the young can party hearty on Saturday night and the not so young can have a great lunch or dinner any time of day or evening in a quiet convivial atmosphere. Service at the bar and in the dining room is great and the staff are friendly and fun. Pull tab afficionados can entertain themselves, too, at a bar just for them. They have a great line of draft beer and a nice menu. For the hot wing fan they serve the best wings anywhere around and let you pick your heat on a scale of 1 to 6. The 5s and 6s definitely pack heat.\r more

Menu items were prepared as described and exceeded my expectations. The Irish soda bread was the best I've had. We were in the bar for the UFC PPV ($5 per person). Come arly on the Sat. nights, it fills quickly. Staff was couteous and professional. We had the corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and the warm brownie sundae. Yum!\r \r \r \r more

On a more serious note this is a fun place to eat drink and be merry. Low key atmosphere with no drama. Good grub, good variety of beverages and friendly staff.\r more

Decent pub food at reasonable prices, interesting selection of draft beers, sports on multiple TV's, dart boards, lots of people talking at once, live music and open mike nights and of course celebrating anything Irish.\r more

This place fills up pretty quick for football games since they have cheap beer specials. I recommend trying the O'Blarney Burger is you're hungry. more

This is a regular stop for us when we're in the mood for something we can count on. For us that means the club sandwich or the monte cristo here. It's a standard club, but something about their combination makes is super yummy. Personally, I sprinkle salt on it (it's the only sandwich I do this with) and take it to the next level, but that's me. \r more

O'Blarney's is a pretty standard bar. Some restaurant type seating, some bar type amenities like pool tables. In general, it's not the sort of place that would stand out in your memory... with one exception: beer buddies. Basically little tater tots filled with cheese and served with ranch dipping sauce, they are the most amazingly perfect companion to a good amber ale imaginable. Any other tater tot pales in comparison to the perfect symphony of cheese and potato at O'Blarney's. more

The Gambling bar is fully loaded, like a little Casino... Looking for a hot spot place to meet and mingle? Hit it after 8:00. I relish the laid back attitude at the ""Pub"". The staff is always friendly, the Guinness is poured well, and the beer buddies are fabulous. It's got all you really need, plus, trivia night on Thursdays is always a good time!! (except for the cell phone cheaters... we know who you are!) One added bonus is they broadcast the UFC matches... on LOTS and LOTS of big screens. Check it out sometime... more

The class of '87 suffered the tragic loss of one of our dear classmates and friend. We quickly needed a space to accommodate a large crowd without fear of turning people away. Dave and the crew at O'Blarney's did a great job of taking care of us and we appreciate it deeply. Thanks for making this sad get together a little less painful. The Timberline Class of 1987 more

Ahhh O'Blarney's... A good place for a wee bit of drink for quenching your parched throat. Good food and good friends. A few of us used to make this place a regular lunch gathering when we attended St Martins College (or St Marty's as we called it). It was a fun place to discuss classes and assignments. Now I can only go there on the weekends when I have time off from work. But the atmosphere really hasn't changed. It's still warm and inviting. The hostesses are friendly and helpful. The fireplace gives you a family gathering feeling, even amongst strangers all around you. more

I love this place. I come here with my co-workers and enjoy their happy hour specials. It doesn't get any better on Tuesday, with their 50 cent tacos. more
