David Whitaker answered our concerns related to opossums under our crawl space. He explained the process, give us all of the options, and answered our questions. He came out every day to check on the traps. When all of the opossums had been caught, he came out when scheduled and cleaned up the damage created by the opossums and blocked all of the access areas. David was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service more

I have used other pest control services in Charlotte in the past, and Noosa is the best in the business. We would still have unwanted creatures from time to time in the house with other services, but not with Noosa. We also use their mosquito reduction services, which is a life saver when playing in the backyard in the summertime, and they have helped with both crawl space and attic management. Their technicians are professional and courteous - I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

I thought that I had squirrels in my attic. Instead, Noosa found a 30 pound raccoon. What a mess he made in my attic! Noosa caught the raccoon and took him away. Then they cleaned up the horrible mess and replaced insulation. I recommend them for all pest control needs. more

NOOSA used good protection in the initial treatment. I am from Florida and know about termites and how they can damage your home (my heart). I have had the unique experience of living all over this great country. I have also worked with all kinds of pest control companies. From large corporate owned companies, to small owner run service companies and everything in between. When I was looking for a company in NC to work with that not only covered my pest control needs but also could handle botanical issues.I found Noosa. I cannot explain in words how amazing they are. From the professionalism they show on the first phone call, to their extremely knowledgeable and caring technicians, they are by far the best pest control company I have ever seen. They are a family run operation and they make you feel like part of the family. I would recommend everybody to call Noosa! more

Our Noosa tech is professional, knowledgeable, and works off of my schedule. They take my emergencies very seriously, but most importantly, we are BUG FREE! I highly recommend them. more

A great company with excellent customer service. 5/19/2013

I came outside one morning and it looked like an entire fire any colony had taken over my yard. I had used Noosa previously for a termite treatment and Will had been nice enough to put his cell number on his card. I texted him a few pictures so that he had a good idea what was going on and within two hours I had a Noosa truck in front of my house. Will did not provide the service, but he sent Bob Cross. Bob was fantastic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what kind of results I could expect. Within days the ants were gone and we were having picnics in the backyard again. This is a great company with excellent customer service. Thanks! more

I have always had a great experience with Noosa. 5/18/2013

We recently had our Pest Control Service completed and were again very satisfied. The technician was very friendly and polite. He was able to make the appointment time earlier then expected and called to confirm that it was alright to arrive early. Once he arrived, he did a very thorough and complete job. I have always had a great experience with Noosa and would highly recommend them. more
