I was looking for a specific 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I wanted the Sport model with a manual transmission, hard top, and AC. I was also hoping to find one with the 3.73 rear axle ratio. Olathe DCJ had exactly what I wanted. I requested the Olathe price and was quickly responded to. Mark Saeidi called me as well to see if I might come in for a test drive. He was very helpful over the phone and in person. I couldn't imagine how the experience could have been better. I love my new Wrangler! more

I had a decent expierence at your dealership. It took a while to get going but once my paperwork got into the right hands your staff did everything they could to get me a loan to help with my move. Dennis Overman was very helpful and very very nice. When i sent my request to look at a car through the internet he asked me to come in and look at what you had in stock. When I got there he offer all the features I was looking for in a jeep compass lattitue rather than the higher priced limited. I was impressed he offered the less expensive car. He totally had my trust from there. more

Calum, we LOVE the seats!! : ) Thanks to both of you for being so helpful!\r We were a little disappointed in the car buying experience beyond the actual ""deal making""...the rest of the process (paperwork, financing, etc.) seemed pretty disorganized and painfully time consuming. We even had to return to the dealership multiple times for paperwork that was forgotten/misplaced when we were there orginally. more

THE PURCHASE OF MY NEW JEEP WAS EXTREMELY EASY - BEN MADE THE EXPERIENCE MUCH LESS COMPLICATED THAN THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE FINANCE PROCESS - ONCE THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE WITH BEN, I WAITED OVEr 45 MINUTES TO GET INTO THE OFFICE TO SEE THE FINANCE GUY. THIS SEEMS TO BE THE NORM EVERYTIME I PURCHASE A VEHICLE, BUT STILL ANNOYING. more

My experience was amazing! I love Ben Hassine! He did an awesome job being a wonderful sales man. He treated me like his sister! He gave me time to think things over with my family, he didn't pressure me into buying a new Car. Also when we took the tour of the dealer ship, we stopped by the Express Lane and Al Bisig was a big help informing me on things that him and his mechanics take care of! I will be going there to get my things done to my car when needed! Overall my experience was AWESOME!! more
