Nill brothers is a locallly owned sporting goods store. They have lots of local team items that you cant find anywhere else. They sell letter jackets for all the local school and also sell the patches. They have about any kind of sports gear you can need as well as athleitc clothing and activewear. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have ordered items before from them and they have alwasy arrived when on time and they have always called and let me know they wree in.

We have been visiting Dick's Sporting Goods for years. The store is always clean and well stocked. The sales are excellent and there are always coupons for an additional amount off. After visiting Dick's in Olathe we have gone to the one in Leawood and the same items are not marked down there or at least there is no indication that they are lower in price.

My daughter went to a birthday party here and it was an awsome experience for her. Each child got to groom a horse and take a ride. The stable is very nice and clean. The horses are well cared for. The children are taught to be quiet around the horses so that they do not frighten them. Since my daughter is a city girl this was a great experience for her.

We went to a Birthday Party at Olathe Lanes West and the kids had a blast! They got to bowl for 2 hours. They have a time set up every Saturday that is just for kids birthday parties, so the whole place was one big party. They brought the kids out several pitchers of pop and hot dogs and chips. Apparently, the price was really good, too! I have taken my kids here to bowl during the summer, when they have $.99 games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a great place to bowl. A little smokey, but that's the only downfall.

Cosmic Mini Golf is a fun "glow in the dark" indoor place to play miniture golf. They are BIG and have several courses. Actually, I kind of felt they are "too big" and it takes forever to get through the whole thing. They don't have a time limit set and you can play 3 rounds, if you like. It took us an hour to play one round, and it was a little crowded. They aren't very challenging courses, but the kids seem to like it. It's around $5 to get in. Be forewarned, though. If you are female....don't wear a white shirt or light pink because you can see right through it! I learned the hard way, lol!

This is the place to go when you want to play war games without the pain of getting hit by paintballs or suffering through the Kansas weather swing. The games are well organized on good sized course with plenty of ostacales and cover. Scores are all automatically tallied at the end and refreshments are offered.

I lived in the neighborhood attached to this golf course for a good 3 years. I've seen some big name guys in the parking lot like Michael Jordan. From what I know it's terribly expensive to play there, unless you know somebody, and no women are allowed on the premises. I remember skinning my knee outside and trying to get them to give me a band-aid and they wouldn't even let me in the clubhouse to clean it off. Talk about stuck up.

I took my bicycle to this store at the beginning of summer. Evidently, this was the busy season for them, because it took over a month to repair it.
They told me it would take at least a week. I called back, and they said they were still waiting for the part. Then, they had ordered the wrong part so it was going to be another 10 days. Finally after a month it was repaired. But then the handlebars were a little crooked and now it makes a funny squeeking sound. The kids that worked there looked to be under 18 years old, and the bicycles they were selling looked to be overpriced.
