This dealership is much better compared to others in the area. Granted they want to make the most money out of a sale, they are much nicer than other people. They try relatively hard to get you in a car. I like this dealership much more than superior toyota on SM parkway.

Lightning struck our home, Chris and Josh were out within an hour. They were able to get things temporarliy working and then came back the next day to finish repairs. They handled everything with KCPL, and cleaned everything up very well. Call them if you need anything!

I have had bad experiences with Frank Ancona Honda. They have pretty good prices, and so I was lured to go and look. When I got there, the employee that was helping me seemed kind of distracted. He had another customer on his mind. This was back in the late 1990’s. Earlier this year when I was looking for a car, I went there, and didn’t see anything I liked. If you can stand employees having a lot of their minds when shopping for a car, then don’t be afraid to go here.

Very helpful, efficient and knowlegdable. Came out on a Sunday a replaced the heater at no additional cost. Met the homeowner at Home Depot to help with the selection process of the heater needed then followed him to the home and removed, installed and took away the old heater.
Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

This is the second "official" Starbucks in Olathe [there is a kiosk inside Target]. The manager Dionne is just amazing. Tracy is sweet & clever. Gina always has some wisecrack up her sleeve. Ryan is a witty conversationalist/debater. I've often overheard Emily singing some goofy song. Stacy always remembers the customer's name & beverage. And last but not least Amber_Joy is easy on the eyes! I really enjoy their service & excellent customer care. They are ALL extremely accurate when filling orders.

I have used Dr. Romain (owner) for more then 15 years. His knowledge and experience is above and beyond the normal small animal Vet! He also volunteers his after hours time to care for injured birds of prey with Operation Wildlife. (surgeries to repair broken wings and bones etc). They have up to date equipment and technology. The hospital even has a specialist that reviews all x-rays. I have many many animals and Dr. Romain has always been right on target with his diagnosis of any problem we have encountered. My animals are like my children and they understand that here. I have referred many of my friends over the years who feel the same way. They do charge a bit more then some Vets but you definitely get what you pay for!
