Great sales staff 12/26/2012

Mike Sr was a pleasure to work with, kept me up to date on the process of the sale, and when something went wrong with the car during my pre-sign test drive, they fixed it and then some! Great experience. -Dave more

Excellent staff 11/18/2012

This was my first experience in buying a car. This dealership made it as easy as possible. The salesman who helped us was very knowledgable, yet did not pressure us in any way. He even helped us clean out our own dirty car as we switched things to the new car. Overall, it was a positive experience and we definitely will go back. more

I was very disastisfied with a dealership in Garnett KS so I thought I would check out Olathe Dodge. The people where great and i have made new friends. I would encourage everyone to give them a shot. I would bet they could top anyone in town or out of town. more

Great service from the word go! 10/31/2012

As soon as I walked into the dealership I was met with a warm and friendly greeting. Cody, the sales associate who assisted me, was on top of everything. As we looked at the car I had in mind he was very knowledgeable and will to find answers if he didn't know them. The team was fair and honest in the negotiations and we quickly settled on a price. I appreciate how professional the staff was at Olathe D, C, J. I will definitely go back when it is time to purchase another vehicle. more

Dodge Truck Purchase review 5/7/2012

Heard the radio add about the deals Olathe Dodge had to offer on their Ram Trucks. Went out there to check them out. The salesman, Randy Hughes worked very hard to make this deal happen. Easy to talk to, no pressure, very patient, huge selection. We took our time and drove several models before picking out our new truck. Would recommend this dealership and this salesman to anybody. more

Olathe Dodge New Truck Department Rocks!! 4/26/2012

Randy Randy Randy - Olathe Dodge New Trucks - what a stud, very helpful, showed me exactly what I was looking for - never once attempted to put me in something beyond what I needed...that's the kind of sales person I will do business with, treated me like a person not his next bonus level. I got a great truck at an awesome price and they still filled my gas up, through in a bed liner, and tinted my windows. Every person I came in contact with at Olathe CDJ was pleasant, thoughtful, and most of all just good people. No pressure, easy finance with again no pressure. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. more

Not great 4/23/2012

We purchased a used Liberty. They brought it in from another dealership. There was only one key and no owners manual. We said when we bought it we needed the the other key and the owners manual. We also were to get a $500 check. After we sighned all the paper work and left, they promised to get us the things we needed. Two weeks later I called on the phon and left a message. No answer. My wife had to go in and they made a key and promised the title and the manual. A day after the temp. expired I went in and talked to them again. They found the the title and check. The mgr. said he didn't know why it hadn't been mailed out. Last week I got the owners manual by UPS. It's been six weeks since we bought the vehicle. I e-mailed Dodge about it also. I will try buy a Ford or Chevy next time. I'm not happy the service after the sale. I will try to go to a different dealer for service. more

Olathe DCJ - Great Salesperson 1/16/2012

User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by Paula 01/16/2012 I went to ODCJ to look at used cars. The salesman, Jerry Lee Darnell, was very helpful in showing me all the used cars they had meeting my criteria. Then he informed me of a sale they had going on with they New 2012 car that fit my needs. Originally not wanting to buy a 'New' car, I told him I would think about it and went home. He was very helpful but not pushy or aggressive at all. He was more concerned that I would be happy with my choice. A few days later he called me to let me know they had dropped the price again on the 'New' car, but again not pushing... just notifying. In the end, I ended up purchasing the 'New' car from ODCJ and couldn't be happier....especially with the salesman - Jerry Lee Darnell. more

Have you ever met a new car sales person who instead of just wanting to sell a car no matter what, wanted to help you find exactly what you were looking for down to the last detail? Well I did when I met Brandon at Olathe Dodge. He didn't stop until we found what I wanted at a price I could afford. And some how it was fun, instead of a battle. I will be a return customer. more

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE 11/21/2011

I have purchased many cars in my life time both new and used. I have worked selling both New and used cars, and I have never treated or put forth the attitude that I get at your dealership! I am sick and tired of hearing " all car makers have this issue" or " that's normal." Other than my own cars, I owned a detail shop for 10 years and worked with dealerships as well as wholesalers and the general public, so I know that I am being fed a line of crap every time it gets said!!! This is by far the WORST car experience I have ever had and your dealership has been absolutely horrible to deal with! It is clear that a vehicle marked CERTIFIED is nothing more than a sales gimmick!! I now understand why you have to get people comment while they are still at the dealership, because chances are that is the only time people are feeling well about their purchase. more
