This practice has gone down hill in the last few years. Long wait times and Dr. who simply don't listen to you. My wife an daughter waited a hour and 20 minutes in the exam room because they 'forgot' about them. Why wait so long before saying something? Waiting 45 minutes in the exam room is not unusual at all.
Most of the Dr. including Mr. Neilley don't go to any effort to listen. Everything is a virus that is 'going around'.
Pros: Some Dr. still ok
Cons: Long wait times, hurried
