My daughter and I have been going to this practice for over 5 years now haven't had a problem. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. We were both there yesterday for a checkup and cleaning - it went smoothly and we were out of there within an hour. No complaints here!

The office is clean and bright and the staff is wonderful at Latham Pediatrics. It is a group of five pediatricians so you know in an emergency someone will be there to help you. We never had a very long wait either in the office for our appointment or in getting an appointment.. The location is wonderful, right off Rt.7 and in a huge new medical building. Urgent care is right across the hall for off hour emergencies.

I was a patient here for about 6 years. For most of that time I put up with the extremely rude office staff because I liked the nurse practioner who did my exams. When I finally had to see a doctor to have some testing done I realized the office staff gets away with being so rude because the doctors are even worse. First, my tests were to be put off for an entire month because a doctor decided spur of the moment to go on vacation. when I tired to schedule with someone else I was told not to that it was ok to wait that long to see if i had cervical cancer. well I did not agree. When I pushed them to schedule me sooner they reluctantly agreed and stuck me with a doctor so fat she cant walk straight through the door. Im sorry but if a doctor cant take care of herself, she should not be taking care of me. And you better believe she let me know how much of an inconvience seeing me was for her. I thanked her for fitting me in and this was her response " well I suppose I had to. We dont normally do this test in this room but I guess we had to today." Well yes you did because I know my cervix is my problem but if I had cancer I wanted to know. Is that really so unreasonable?

This is my husband's dentist. I guess there are no problems with the actual service, but the office staff is bad. My husband called over there asking whether they submitted a claim form to his insurance. They assured him they did. My husband called the insurance co. several times and each time they said no claim was submitted. He ended up having to submit a claim himself and try to get reimbursement that way because the office staff couldn't get it together.
