Editorial review from Citysearch 6/28/2012

I have done business with National Future Benefits for years and their agents have assisted me in managing my estate since my husband passed away. The article in the Arizona Republic was sensationalized as if it were in a tabloid. The law suit claiming that they cost clients millions was filed by Midland National Insurance not clients. Not one client was interviewed by the Arizona Republic nor have any clients filed suit or complained about National Future Benefits. They have been in business for over 18 years and consistently voted #1 by their clients. The Arizona Republic should be ashamed of printing half-truths! more

Dishonest and Misleading from the very Begining...Started by sending me a card in the mail acting like they were with AARP!!!! They are NOT 10/8/2008

National Future Benefits was extremely misleading from the very start. I received a card from them in the mail asking if I needed more info on Living Trusts and Avoiding Probate. This was something I was interested in, and I was thrilled AARP had sent me this card. Except AARP didn't send me anything, National Future Benefits sent me this card and put AARP Report all over it, they continued to misrepresent themselves and even sent a salesman to my home to talk to my wife and myself. Please beware this company will do whatever it takes to get clients, I unfortunately made that mistake and was very unhappy! They are very creative in there presentation and before you know it they are asking for a small deposit to get you involved with them, unfortunately me and many others thought they were going to be receiving help and advice from AARP a very trusted and well known organization to help us retired people from getting involved with companies that we shouldn't! Cons: Misleading, Dishonest, They are not AARP or affiliated with them in any way more
