DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOORE PROTECTION!!! We had a business deal with Bob who is the local representative for the New York owner and Carlos who plays Bob's game. I personally shook hands with both of them each time they promised to pay, not sure how many times that was. Our company did all that was requested, but these guys stiffed us for $3,000. Bob has a nasty personality, wrote nasty uncalled for reviews of our sales people, he is never happy whatever you are ready to sacrifice to be able to help him. Carlos is a snake and a liar. Let us all do a good deed and not allow them to do business with anyone. I only feel sorry for all the elderly people that would not be able to get to all the bad reviews and sign up with them... more

Marketing "Rebates" a scam 7/20/2010

I signed up in September 2009 with the promise that Moore protection would "pay me" $50 a month because of a special rebate program. It turned out to be a third party gas and grocery rebate system where I was to collect receipts, send them in and get a monthly visa card in return. It turned out to be a a total scam. Don't let this "special marketing promotion" fool you into the service. However, if you are looking for alarm monitoring service for around $40 / month, I have not had any problems or issues with the service. Pros: no problem with monitoring service Cons: gas and grocery rebate a scam more
