By chance someone recommended Michelle to me, and I have been to her twice now. I'm so happy with my hair! She is the best stylist I've been to in a long time. She cut my hair so that I can easily style it without the fuss of straighteners, or curling irons and still have great hair. I've also taken my daughter to her and again, we love what she has done. One in a lifetime experience! 11/9/2011

I have been blessed to have Mishella style my hair since 1998 and have never had such an all around amazing experience anywhere else. People always seem to stop me and ask where i get my hair done. I think the best part of her experience is that those months you have no idea what you want your hair to look like, she can make you look better than you ever dreamed. Great Service at a Reasonable Price 11/7/2011

I have been going to Mishella for a few years now. When I found her (here on City Search) I was going to another salon that was costing me close to 35% more for the same services. I am always happy with my cut and color when I leave the salon. She is always upbeat and fun, and that is another reason I enjoy going to see her every 6 weeks. I would recomend her to all! I have been a client of Mishella's for about 14 years. She is the best at cut and color and helping you to change it up from time to time, but in June I had let her do the Brazilan straightning to my hair and it was the best thing EVER! My hair has grown so long and fast, it's supposed to last about 4 months but I'm going on 6 and it still looks and feels so good and healthy. Pros: null Cons: null more

I have been a client of Mishella's for over 11 years. I cannot count how many people have stopped me over the years to compliment my hair , cut and color !!. She's so knowledgeable and makes every effort to stay updated on the latest techniques and style trends. She keeps me informed on options that I have to enhance my hair but I never feel pressured to do anything . The studio is fantastic . Personal attention to You 8/20/2011

I have been going to Mishella approx 12years and I have never 1 time felt like she did not give me personal attention to what I want, such as the color or style that I wanted. She will always tell you what will work with your skin type and face shape and having you come out looking the best. You can tell she loves her job by the people who come back to her year after year. Try her out, you wont be disappointed. more

Mishella has been straightening my curly hair since 2003 using the Thermal Rusk process. She is an expert at this technique and my hair remains silky, straight and smooth for 9 to 12 months. more

I have been going to Mishella for 12 years and not once have i considered going anywhere else. I have forgotten what it is like to worry about not getting a good haircut. I love to try new things with my hair, especially color. Mishella is innovative, talented, and confident and i can say that i have never been disappointed with my cut or color- not once in 12 years! Mishella is the best stylist I have found in Charlotte. She always does a great (and consistent) job with my color and cut and she listens to what you are asking for. You won't find yourself waiting around for your appointment as she is always on time and her prices are very reasonable. Plus, she is a lot of fun to talk with during your appointment! I love reading these reviews and always wonder if the owner wrote the script for them. So just to let you know, she did not having anything to do with this review. I don't like recommending just anyone to my friends or family. I feel it is a reflection on me if things turn out interesting. With all that said, I would HIGHLY recommend Mishella to everyone. She is up to date on not only hair styles, but products. I take my children to her and they just love their hair styles. What a relief for me, since I have one that is at that age where every little thing is a big deal. more

Mishella has been doing my hair for 4 years. My hair color always looks natural and the cut is always good. She listens to what you want and knows what will work for your hair type. I have been coming to Mishella for 10+ years. I saw an ad in the paper for her salon & decided to take a chance since I had not had a lot of luck with referrals from friends. After every cut & color I always have comments like, "Your hair always looks so good. Your color is always so great! What's your secret?" My answer...."Mishella!" I have driven 21/2 hours every 5 weeks for 10 years to Mishella's beautiful salon for her to style, cut and color my hair. Mishella's ultimate goal is pleasing her clients with the perfect hair style for their hair type while always maintaining the health of their hair. Always fun, warm and accommodating.     Mishella is a Master stylist that has been in the beauty industry for 18 years and a salon owner for 12 years. With numerous certifications in the cosmetology field, Mishella excels in taped extensions, Brazilian and permanent straighteners, color corrections, and precision haircuts along with custom hair design for the client.

    Michelle Coulcci Rodgers is a master stylist that has been in the beauty industry for 5 yrs. Michelle is certified in strand by strand and taped hair extensions, pivot point hair cutting and Brazilian straightening treatment. She is a color specialist, Lana leader that also enjoys makeup application and formal design.
