I can't agree more with all the negative opinions on this guy. He's had an associates of mines T.V. for over 6 months. WTF? Worst service in hampton Roads. He needs one of thise big blue signs out from for a Worst Of Tidewater Award! BOOOOOOO, BOOOOOO more

I don't know anything a person can do to warn people to stay away from this place. If I could I would organize a picket, to prevent others from experiencing what this imitation company advertises. I can't put any specifics in because they still have my TV. I've been waiting for the part for over a month. I'm filing a complaint with anybody. but, I don't think it really matters. My TV is under warranty and I would pay 200 plus dollars to get it away from them. I just wish I had known. This is one of the few times in which all the bad reviews are really correct. I hope the owner of this sorry company reads this. If I don't get any satisfaction soon, I'm notifying all the local TV stations i.e.,10 On Your Side. I just don't understand whyt reputable elctronic firms would contract their business to this company. Maybe we're(complainers) not sending this to the right people. Right at the beginning of Football season, I get stuck with this company. I am very very dissappointed and upset!!!!!!!!!!! more

I called this place yesterday and asked how late they were open. The woman that answered the phone told me they were open until 5PM. I said thank you and hung up. I got in my vehicle and drove over there. It took me 6 minutes. When I arrived at Maurice Electronics, the place was locked down. No lights, no people, nothing. I called the number and got a recording. The recording said that their normal business hours were whatever until 5PM and if I had reached this recording during normal business hours I should hang up and try again because all lines were busy. Trust me when I tell you that I left them an appropriate message. The woman I spoke with told me that she couldn't help me move my 32" TV, so I needed to make sure I had help. I had asked a friend, taken up his time, made sure they were open and then found out they weren't. Try Bridge TV. Noel at Bridge TV actually fixed my TV in less than an hour! Last night after the lady at Maurice lied to me. Pros: To be honest, they have fixed TV's of mine in the past, but it did take a while Cons: They're open when they feel like being open. more

This place does not even deserve one star. Every review on here has it right. I dropped my 42' LG LCD off the last week of Jan 08, well its Mar 13 today and still no TV. First two weeks all I heard was "the tech has not looked at it yet, I'll call you with the problem after he looks at it". Well, no call...ever. Then it was "we put an order in for a part". And today it was "we put and order in for another part yesterday, I'll give you a call with an update". Again, I have not received one call from this place since I dropped of my TV. There is NO reason anyone should ever use this place to repair anything of value to them. To have a $5,000 Flatpanel sitting in this crappy place for a month and a half so far is ridiculous. But now I sit and wait at their mercy. more

Referred by extended warranty purchased through Circuit City. Took over a month to perform repairs (i.e. waiting on parts, codes, etc). Never received call on status of tv. When I finally received tv, didn't even get a courtesy hanging back on the wall. Nor did they plug tv to at least show me and verify it was working properly. I called office to ask why and received attitude and was hung up by manager.Highly recommend stay away. more

Referred by warranty purchased with Television from Best Buy; Third time they have had TV fro repair; each time repair service has taken 3 months or longer; they tell you the part is on order; the part has just come in; they will call you back; and then you SIT AND WAIT. Would not recommend their services to my worse enemy! more
