Another Above Average Dental Visitation 11/1/2011

Amazing emergency 10/27/2011

As usual, the staff at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry is amazing. They got us in within an hour of calling for an emergency and referred us to a Dr for later that afternoon. They even made the appointment for us! They are always friendly and professional and take a real interest in my entire family. more

Great Experience - highly recommended 10/11/2011

I needed to find a new dentist after relocating to Charlotte and this office was recommended to me. They made the transition a pleasant experience (especially considering I hate going to the dentist). They take the time to explain everything, answer any questions, review options and discuss insurance coverage in detail. I will be a long time patient of this office. more

Highly Recommended 10/6/2011

10/5/11 I had a crown and 2 fillings replaced. Being not a fan of the dentist well that's an understatement. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and Dr. Rogers gives a shot that is undetectable. Her assistant Suzette was very gentle as well. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours. Approx 3 hours later all numbness was gone and I did not have one bit of soreness, pain, or swelling. I continued my day as normal. I felt like I had never been to the dentist at all. This was amazing. This was an excellent experience to the Dentist. I highly recommend them. Lynne C more

Today I again experienced what has become a regular top-notch occurrence whenever I visit Mallard Creek Family Dentistry: tremendous customer service provided by people who really care about your dental health. Dr. Rogers, Suzette and Jennifer did an excellent job of preparing me to have a permanent crown on one of my teeth at the next visit. more

Cleaning and molds for Invisaline 9/29/2011

Everyone in the office is always so kind and tells you what is taking place. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but going to Dr. Rogers office has helped me to put that fear behind me. Thanks Dr. Roger's team! more

Crown replacement 9/18/2011

Because I was recently diagnosed with allergies to anything ending in -caine, I had to have a crown replacement done without anethesia except for a possiblity of using benedril injections that would numb the gums but not the nerves. Dr. Rogers and Suzette were so gentle with me that I had minimal pain and did not have to use even the bendril. It was much better than the strange feeling I always got with novacaine (or whatever they used) which turned out to be my spiking blood pressure. Extra bonus: I didn't have that annoying numbness which makes it challenging to eat a meal for a couple hours! Thanks!! more

Cleaning 9/16/2011

I recently had my teeth cleaned at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry. My hygeinist was very nice and accomodating. The dentist, Dr. Pearlman, however, I had never met in previous visits. He also only spent about 2 or 3 minutes with me. I really felt like he was not thorough. more

Wonderful Dentist Office 9/13/2011

I had some concerns about my teeth and the Hygienist and dentist, Dr. Gustafson made me feel very comfortable. They took x-rays and did a thorough exam to try and pinpoint the problem. Dr. G. and the hygienist listened to me regarding the pains I was having and explained several possibilities and eased my mind. I had to go back for fillings and they made the procedure painless and were extremely caring to make sure I was comfortable before I left. The receptionist is attentive and friendly as well. The staff all seems very caring and I would highly recommend this practice. more
