Hands down the best jewelry buying experience ever!! Malak Jewelers are the epitome of fine jewelers and what other jewelry stores should strive to be. I have now bought 2 fine rings from them and could not imagine finding anything better anywhere. The first was a Sapphire/Diamond ring for my now fiancee and it was and still is absolutely gorgeous. We lost a small diamond from the halo recently and took it in, and they handled it overnight, with ease, and it looks amazing. The second ring I bought from them is the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen, and my fiancee agrees. I was completely clueless when it came to rings and they were so patient in walking me through it and helping me decide what I wanted based on what I had heard my fiancee say when she thought I wasn't listening. They were able to listen to me and put together the ring of her dreams. I am so pleased to write this review for Malak Jewelers.In the past year, I have had three outstanding experiences. The first was accompanying my son when he was selecting an engagement ring. We went to several places but knew when we came to Malak's that this was the place he would be buying. Their selection of engagement rings was huge and they demonstrated immense patience and respect for my son and his budget. The ring is magnificent and everything that my future daughter in law had hoped for and more. So there was no decision to be made when it came time to select wedding bands. It took multiple visits for my son to decide on his ring since he has never worn a ring before. Never did they feel rushed or pressured and they are truly thrilled with their rings. After seeing their experiences, I decided to take a wedding eternity band that my mother had given me in to be sized from a seven to a four and a half. I had previously gone to several other jewelers in town but they discouraged me from doing it saying either that it canâ??t be done due to the complexity or it would be cost prohibitive. Well, Mr Malak sat in his office and discussed the options with me. He made me several wax models of the ring to be able to visualize the finished product. I just picked it up today and it is breathtaking!! It was an incredibly exciting and emotional process. Mr Malak and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that you will have total satisfaction. more

I have been a customer for many years and keep coming back because the service is so good. I am always courteously greeted by name and asked how I am along with my family. Their prices are very reasonable and selection is good. They have frequently helped me to adjust a piece of jewelry (sizing or whatever) even if not purchased at their store. they do this at no charge and frequently while I wait. Who does that these days? They do! more

After shopping many jewelry stores in Charlotte, Makak rapidly became my favorite. I especially enjoy the changing inventory of estate pieces, and am proud to own several purchased there at incredible prices for incredible jewelry. The store is beautiful, welcoming, and a great place to be whether I am browsing, picking up a repair, or shopping with my favorite gift - a gift card from Makak. I have always been impressed with the friendly, helpful staff, and the personal attention I receive, and see bestowed on every customer in the store. They are very knowledgeable about all their jewelry, and always have friendly service. I recently purchased bracelets for my young nieces, and the sales woman was kind enough to wrap and gift bag them! Their prices are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend. more

I did a lot of research when we had to replace the lost diamond from my engagement ring, I absolutely loved the family feel and amazing service I found at Malak jewelers. Sam was incredible to work with! He was so patient with me and worked hard to find the absolute perfect diamond for my ring. It is absolutely stunning! I am looking forward to stopping in frequently to have it cleaned and checked. He made a very stressful experience fun and exciting. When describing what my fiancé and I were looking for and in the price range we wanted, we were immediately show a beautiful selection of rings. I have been going to Malak Jewelers for almost 6-7 years now. They have such a GREAT staff and they always exceed my expectations when restoring my jewelry. They have now moved to a bigger showroom (right beside their old location) and they have so much to look at! I just had a diamond ring resent into a setting that is similar to it's original setting and it is absolutely stunning. In fact, it is more beautiful than the original setting. I couldn't be more pleased. Sam Hanna was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He understood exactly what I wanted and somehow managed to enhance the setting even more.
