Lunch at Lone Star is like a mini vacation to a wonderful little tacqueria deep in the heart of Baja Mexico. The staff is friendly, hard working, talented at their craft. The food is fresh, delicous, flavorful. Even though it is a popular place, the tables usually turn over fast enough to accomodate all the diners. Best Fish Taco in Utah 8/26/2002

If for nothing else, go for the best fish taco this side of the Sierras. Robust cilantro sauce adds a nice touch to an already unforgettable, flavorful mahi mahi fish taco. Fresh, tastey and authentic. Fun atmosphere and friendly service. Don't forget to tip the Godzilla Doll at the register as the fast-working employees bring your food to you. Beer on draft (Uinta Cutthroat among others) served in nifty glass cowboy boot. Tacos you'll keep coming back to again and again.... I rate the food soley on the tacos! I love this place. My husband and I go there often. Everything is fresh, and authentic mexican. Too often you find that ""mexican"" restuarants are really not. They offer american/mexican food. BEST BURRITO EVER! 6/9/2002

This place has the greatest burritos ever. I thought that the fish burrito might be a bit sketchy, but I couldn't have been more wrong. You are in luck if they are serving up the Mahi because you can't beat it. more
