We just started our second child with Dr. Levins. Our son finished a year ago and his teeth are beautiful! Dr. Levins provides the treatment (not his nurses) which is quite unusual and I think very important. He spends lots of time communicating with us and our kids which I also love. I am currently in Invisalgn treatment and have had two children in treatment with Dr. Levens. Dr. Levens provides all treatment himself unlike many orthodontists -no assembly line here! He takes time with each of us explaining our individual treatment options and even called to see how we were doing after we first got our braces on. When my youngest went in for a consultation and was not ready for treatment he recommended regular check ups so that treatment could begin at the appropriate time -not only was the consultation free but so were all the check ups! I have referred him to many people and recommend him to anyone in need of braces. Dr. Levens and his staff are not only friendly and fun, but they are also efficient and professional. His staff take care of all my insurance for me and call as well as email reminders for my appointments. He will wow you with fancy parties for his patients, and an advanced website with "patient login" but skip this guy! And as far as his abilities go as an orthodontist, in my experience he did not do well with my adult teeth, and when he took my braces off, he scraped some enamel off with them, leaving my teeth with permanent damage. Since then, I have had other dentists confirm the damage was done during the removal of my braces. With all the orthodontists around this area, do yourself and your kids a favor and skip this guy. more
