i have no idea about the pizza that is made here, but i am an expert on the subs built here. the bread is part of the secret to their sucess. it is made fresh daily and has a hint of sour dough to it. the shape is perfect in order to hold the ingrediants which can be just about anything. the sause is just tangy enough and the cheese is aged to the exact day.when combined and cooked there is no equal. the bread is soft,not hard, and the taste will make tears come to your eyes.
