Best

This place have everything that you need to keep you in shape and stay healthy. All their supply are new and safe. The service is really good and they are all professional health ...

Worst

Good: I liked the salesperson, she was very friendly and funny.. Bad: equipment is regularly out of service, weights are never racked, showers smell like urine. They keeo your gym...

Bad equipment. Worst customer service ever 3/4/2011

yes, treadmills have plugs for iPods, but weights are rarely racked; mats, medicine/Swiss balls could be anywhere in the gym. This gym is always crowded and you cool down each time you need to be in line to use the next machine Salewpeople are friendly, everyone else seems to hate their job and customers, thry are quite rude, like they are doing you a huge favor by working there. more

~~DO NOT give LVAC your credit card number~~ 6/11/2010

If you join this club MAKE SURE you don't give them your credit card number! Pay the few additional bucks each month to pay online or by mail. Believe me, it's a nightmare to get them to spot billing your card. Worst customer service ever. You've been warned. Pros: Nice facility Cons: Worst Customer Service Ever! more

Well.......... 3/30/2010

I signed up and went at first then slowly started just skipping out. Come to find out canceling would mean I have to pay 700 (I got the premier package). Know what I did when I found this out???? I WENT TO THEIR GYM!!! I'm starting to go on a regular basis. I'm gonna use it to it's full potential. And you know what, them scamming me out of my money is probably one of the healthiest things that's ever happened to me! I think the rest of you non goers should give it a go! You payed for a reason anyway! We all should have asked more questions and read the full contract. I think in the long run it is a great gym! I hope to see all you nay sayers there! Pros: Nice club Cons: They don't fully explain things to you more

difficult to cancel 1/11/2009

I was completely sold on their contact. I called about cancelling, can only cancel if I pay the full contract amount of $500. I don't use the membership the way I thought I would. I think the contract isn't fair & you should only have to pay as you use it. The only way I found to get out of the contract without penalties is to get a doctor's note to say that I can no longer excercise indefinitely. There is no other way to cancel it. Completely not fair. I will never endorse LVAC to anyone, ever. I fell they are scammers. more

They will try to bully you into a contract. 8/4/2008

I went in just to check things out. I'm shopping around for a health club, and thought Id stop in. I ended up walking out of a high pressure sales pitch, and trashing my info on the way out. Do I really want to go to a club that has to be sold like a used car? I feel sorry for everyone who fell for it. more

One of the best clubs for the cost. 2/29/2008

I think the other reviewers are dead wrong. Lets take a look at the community provided gyms in town they charge you $3 dollars a day so if you worked out 3 times a week that is $9 and if you workout 4 weeks a month that is $36 dollars. My membership there only costs me $21 a month and I use it 4-5 times a week. Also they have been renovating the other clubs and building fabulous new clubs. Granted parking can be difficult at the new locations but they are great facilities that have just about anything you could want. Also unlike some of the other clubs you can go to any LVAC club without any additional fees. I have never had trouble getting a towel at the front desk. But I wonder how many people don't return their towels. I think for the price it is a wonderful deal. Also if you sign a contract for a two year deal you should read it. It is not much different than the cell phone contracts. You could have paid more for a month to month deal. Pros: Tons of group classes and great facilities Cons: Parking at new clubs more

once you sign up your stuck with some kind of fee. 11/28/2007

people there were quick and polite to sign you up however you cant get out of the membership. They will find ways to penalize you or charge you for everything and since they have your card info they can. Im still trying to cancel it without penalty. more

Almost impossible to get out of 4/22/2007

I have to say joining thi gym was the worst mistake I made while living in Vegas. I am still trying to get out of my membership. Pros: There are none I can think of Cons: Towels are never available more
