I had previously leased a vehicle from this facility for business, which is up in July 2013. I called three different times to gather details about the lease-return. I placed a call at their corporate office, at the manager's office at the Toyota dealership, and at the finance office at the dealership. I placed my calls on three separate occasions- not once did I get to speak to a person by directly phoning. I finally got a call back 3 weeks later (literally) and was told I need to go in so they could tell me about their current promotions.
My initial question was simply buying the car, but they refused to answer my question. The only information the manager had to share was 0% on a new car. To further add insult, they attempted to add $1,500 to my lease for 'scratch protection' that had a deductible. Granted, this is a car dealership, but you would expect common courtesy and professionalism from a company who takes "pride" in their customer service.
Don't by a car from this place. I was oversold on too many things that are not true- extended maintenance package? sure, it's valid at any toyota dealership. Turns out it requires a 45 mile drive to get it serviced. Need electrical service on your Prius? apparently the package runs concurrent of the manufacturer's warranty.. for just $900 more.
Skip the dealership. It will save you a headache.
