BURNT ONCE 12/10/2013

The dealership falsely advertised having a NEW 2013 Scion tC Release Series 8.0 on their web-page and then confirmed having it over the phone before we departed our home to make the purchase (already had pre-approved financing). When we arrived at the dealership, the sales person showed us a regular 2013 Scion tC. Everyone at the dealership blamed Scion for the “advertising error.” A week later the same car was falsely re-advertised again as a 2013 Scion tC Release Series 8.0 in the USED section of their own web-page, I called the dealership and they confirmed having a 2013 Scion tC Release Series 8.0, “AGAIN.” False Advertising (Bait and Switch) plain and simple...NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! After we realized we were not going to one of these limited editions, we agreed to purchase the 2013 Scion tC as a Scion Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with warranty, it was DEMANDED that we sign a USED CAR "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" Buyers Guide, A Buyers Guide that was never posted in the vehicle’s window (a violation of the law) and only presented to us during the finial signing of our purchase paperwork. When we asked the General Manager of the dealership (Lance) to change the buyers guide to reflect that the car was being purchased/sold as a Scion Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a WARRANTY on the buyers guide, he refused to change the document to reflect this...THIS IS WHEN WE WALKED! more

Oversold then ignored 4/1/2013

I had previously leased a vehicle from this facility for business, which is up in July 2013. I called three different times to gather details about the lease-return. I placed a call at their corporate office, at the manager's office at the Toyota dealership, and at the finance office at the dealership. I placed my calls on three separate occasions- not once did I get to speak to a person by directly phoning. I finally got a call back 3 weeks later (literally) and was told I need to go in so they could tell me about their current promotions. My initial question was simply buying the car, but they refused to answer my question. The only information the manager had to share was 0% on a new car. To further add insult, they attempted to add $1,500 to my lease for 'scratch protection' that had a deductible. Granted, this is a car dealership, but you would expect common courtesy and professionalism from a company who takes "pride" in their customer service. Don't by a car from this place. I was oversold on too many things that are not true- extended maintenance package? sure, it's valid at any toyota dealership. Turns out it requires a 45 mile drive to get it serviced. Need electrical service on your Prius? apparently the package runs concurrent of the manufacturer's warranty.. for just $900 more. Skip the dealership. It will save you a headache. more

I believe Brad worked hard for me to make the right deal, and I appreciated that.  He was very courteous at all times, and I would certainly recommend him to others.  Brad took the time to talk to us and met all of our needs, he is indeed our friend at Chevrolet.  He is an asset to your dealership, and I feel he should be rewarded for his excellent customer service. more

I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche from your dealership, and I want to let you know that the treatment I received from Brad Harris was excellent. After a few unsatisfactory experiences with different salespeople and was able to answer my questions, showing me he had a good knowledge of your products and cars. He was direct and to the point when I needed him to be. I believe Brad worked hard for me to make the right deal, and I appreciated that. He was very courteous at all times, and I would certainly recommend him to others. Brad took the time to talk to us and met all of our needs, he is indeed our friend at Chevrolet.
