I was in there and my car was immeditaley taken back for the service it needed and boy what a difference it made. Every since I bought this car it has not had a good air conditioning or heating system and I just thought it was the car. He knew right off the bat what was wrong and took it back and it was done in half the time he said it might take. Yes I enjoyed my quick visit and hope I don't have anymore problems, but well definitely be in for my servicing and anything else it needs. I feel I wont be taken advantage of and thats a must for me. Thanks and I'll see the shop im about 2000 miles for an oil change. more

fraudulent sales tactics, beware or get a lemon 1/22/2011

I was visiting the dealership in Murray, and noticed that they had a Toyota van for sale. The salesman that took me on the test drive, asked me to just drive on the back street and not take it on the freeway, as he hadn't put the dealer tag on it. The vehicle was sold ""as is,"" so I should have taken it for a full test drive, but believed that a dealer would be more honest than a private party. Upon purchasing it, I then drove it home, and it ran worse and worse, losing compression, the further I drove it. I thoroughly believe that the salesman didn't want it on the freeway as he knew the problem. There is an old saying in the car business, ""let the buyer beware."" more

My experience in your department was definitely far above average. The facility was was spotless and the waiting area was comfortable. Tom kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. Although it was late Friday on a holiday weekend, he approached me with enthusiasm and a ""can do"" attitude that was just remarkable. To top it off, he had my Suburban washed before returning it to me. I have never been so impressed with a service department. I will sing your praises to everyone who will listen. more

I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with my recent visit to your service department. I pulled in with a non-functioning air conditioner at 3 PM on Friday, July 23rd. Tom Scharlow was at my side in less than a minute and immediately went to work to find the problem. Through his efforts, the AC system was repaired and I was on the road in under three hours. I found this truly amazing. more

Thank you for your assistance in connection with our purchase of the Chevrolet Tahoe automobile last evening. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime and have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences in doing so. Our experience in dealing with you, however, was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. You were extremely forthright and professional, and we did not have to engage in the usual gamesmanship of the seller initially quoting an unrealistically high price and time consuming negotiations from that point. We appreciated you starting from a realistic point so that we were able to then arrive at a fair price acceptable to both us and the dealership in a short period of time and with minimal haggling back and forth. Your professionalism and manner of dealing are commendable. We will definitely contact you the next time we are in need of purchasing an automobile. We are writing this to make you aware of the Sales experience we had at your Dealership while making the purchase of our new 2005 Chevy Silverado Truck. We found it necessary to let you know that we found our Salesman, Ron Franklin to be the most helpful, knowledgeable and diplomatic sales person we have ever had sell us a vehicle. We are in our mid fifties and needles to say we have had many sales experiences again this was the very most pleasant. Kudos to you, for employing such an exemplary person to represent your company in this capacity. It is people like him that will make us happy to refer him to our friends and relatives.The rest of the people we dealt with were great too, Mark Cooper the Finance Manager was also more than decent in his part there. Matt Murphy was very friendly and helpful as well. It was overall a good and memorable experience. I researched and shopped for a used corvette online before I hit the streets for about 2 weeks. I talked to Clyde on the phone at the Murray dealership and made an appointment 10/7/10 to drive a low mileage 07. I received absolutely no pressure after my test drive explaining I'd go talk to my credit union and would let him know. The credit union said it was an excellent price, way below trade in, so I went back and signed the deal and took home a beautiful car. Clyde exemplifies the opposite of my perception of a car salesman. I have never received such professional respect and courtesy at a dealership in my life! Trust me I know, between personal, my business, and my grown up 7 children, I purchase about 4 cars or trucks a year. Riverton Chevy did ok with my new Colorado and new Camaro, Seiner Chevy dead last with the new cobalt, but LHM scored a perfect 10 this time! Thanks Clyde for making my buying experience a pure pleasure by honoring my requests, calling me the next day to make sure all ran well, and even leaving roses for my wife. more
