I started taking my dog here because we could walk from my house and he could get all his peeing out of the way before we were in the waiting room. You get assigned whatever vet is available for the time you want to come, which is a little impersonal; I miss my old vet who knew my dog and remembered his idiosyncracies. Also, there is sometimes a wait, which can be upsetting if your animal is terrified. However, once in the room they are efficient and caring and don't seem to mind the various odors and distellations that scared pets sometimes emit. I'm not sure how thorough they are unless specifically asked, but if you have certain concerns they won't make you feel like you are being stupid, and they will take the necessary time with you.
