I recently had Kings Mazda perform the 20,000 mile service on my 2007 Mazdaspeed3. The work was performed quickly and professionally. My Service Advisor Jason Moore is courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly arranged to have my family and I shuttled to a nearby restaurant for lunch. When we were finished a shuttle promptly appeared and returned us to the dealership. Kings Mazda has been the only place I have had my MS3 serviced and at each visit(four in all) my experience with this dealership has been 100% positive. At no time have I ever observed an unhappy service customer nor have I seen any Kings employee act in an unprofessional manner. I might add that I live outside of Louisville, KY and drive to Kings because of the stellar treatment I have received from both the sales and service departments.
