I thought I would give this company a try even though many other reviews were negative. Well, I didn't even get to book them because Rudy was the rudest individual on the phone. The rate that was quoted didn't include the mandatory charges, which was fine. But I don't think I should have a mandatory gratuity of 20% when I don't even know what the service is going to be like. He had quite an attitude and hung up the phone. He told me ""You will call us back because we have the best price"", click. I am willing to pay more for impeccable service, which I know wouldn't happen with this guy. I am also telling my daughter not to book with them either. more

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My wife booked a limo for us and our friends to travel to Los Angeles and back from Orange County. On limos.com, the quote was $42.95 per hour for 7 hours for a 6-person Limo which was the best price we found. She called Mike to book it and he told her that the $42.95 did not include tax and tip, but we could include it for $58 per hour. We did the math and realized this would include about a 25% tip, but we decided this was OK because we wouldn?t have to worry about it at the end of the night and we still felt it was a pretty good deal considering the hourly rate. My wife then called the day before our event because we realized we might not make it home in the allotted 7 hours and wanted to make sure it would be no problem to extend on the fly. Mike said that wouldn?t be a problem and it would simply be $58 per hour for any additional hours. more

I'll keep it short, we got picked up late. Driver was in a hurry, got pulled over, driver got arrested (Warrent) and didn't even have a Class ""B"". They should all be arrested. Never even got an apology, much less our money refunded. Pay the X-Tra Money. more

Horrible limo company!!!!! DO NOT USE. Was forced to pay upfront cash. Limo guy took us to our destination, then left after we got to the restaurant!!! When we tried to call him so we could go somewhere else he said he was gone!!! So we had to wait!! Driver kept complaining about underage drinking when none of that was going on and there was no alcohol even in the limo!!! Almost every person was of age and it wasn't a crazy night, just a few hours for dinner. Driver sounded all sleazy and had the worst smokers voice ever. Michael the ""manager"" is completely rude & has no customer service skills whatsoever. Got so upset when we called to inform him of what this driver did. He yelled at us telling us we were wrong and hung up on us. So UNPROFESSIONAL. He apparently cannot handle hearing the truth about the people who work for him. DO NOT USE!! Totally rips you off & has the absolute worst customer service EVER. more

I called and gave a credit card no. and the next day they did not show. I called , left three messages that they are 1 hour and 15 minutes late, finally the dispatcher called and said he'd call right back. 4 days later I'm still waiting for a phone call. more

Had a work event where there was an open bar and we wanted to make sure everyone got home okay. These guys were on time, professional, and definitely saved us a lot of stress trying to get home after having a few. Definitely let us relax and let loose at the party and the piece of mind knowing you'd end up at home safe was a great thing. more

I took some of my friends wine tasting and wanted to make sure we all got home in one piece, so I booked a car with Michael (who was very helpful) and we headed on down from Irvine to Temecula. We decided to splurge on the hummer limo, which was a great way to roll up to all of the different wineries... we felt famous! LOL. All in all it was a great time, and the driver even knew of a Pat and Oscars on the way back that we stopped at to pick up some food for the ride home. Great time, thanks guys! more

I live in LA, and was picked up by friends from OC in a Limo provided by these guys; it was a blast. The car was stocked with sodas and alcohol and we got to have our ""pre-game"" drinks before hitting the town. It was definitely a peace of mind to know that not only I, but that my friends as well would get home safely. The limo ended up being cheap per person, and I would definitely choose this over trying to make it back to my place or even attempting to make it back to OC on my own. Thanks guys! more

1. WORST limo I have ever seen. Tons of rips in the leather seats. Super dirty, Looked like the glass hadnt been windexed in a year. Broken glass on the partition. No red carpet or just married signs as promised in the ""wedding package"". Champagne was not chilled. Cons: Dirty, over promise, under deliver, late, shady drivers... more

Do not use this company. It seems like they have good rates, but THEY WILL GET YOU!!! The driver kept finding reasons why he needed money when really he just wanted more of a tip. At the end there was a $100.00 charge on my card (after I fully paid the driver). He also stole money from us. Once I FINALLY got someone to call me back they were going to send me a check. But its been almost four weeks now and I haven't gotten a check from them. I called and the ""manager"" continued to fight with me and he finally hung up. I guess there is no such thing as customer service anymore. Now I have to go through the stresses of reporting an unauthorized charge to my credit card. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND STRESS... go with a DIFFERENT company!!!! Pros: showed up with the right limo Cons: A LOT...see below more
