My family has beem going to Dr. Fralicker for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of care. That is until our last visit. With the exception of the back office assistant, we were treated very rudely, even by Dale Fralicker. While I was waiting in the examining room (for over 45 minutes), I overheard him tell someone else that he was tired of losing money and now it is all about making money. And that was very obvious. I will not return and I am embarassed that I referred friends to this office. This is an example of a formerly good, but now burned out doctor who needs to find a new career. more

Prognosis, Perfect. 3/31/2006

I have been away from the Jacksonville Beaches for years, but I still call Dr. Fralicker with questions, and go see him whenever I fall ill while visiting family there. This office has been so kind to my family and myself, the staff is friendly, and the doctors are always great; I have more experience with Dr. Fralicker, and I love that he offers homeopathic solutions and vitamin supplements before suggesting prescription drugs. This is a great practice to grow up with, the Doctors are friendly and you won't be just another appointment, they'll remember you, and keep up with your lives, and be a part of your family. more

My husband and I have been a patients of Drs. Fralicker and Underwood for over 15 years. This is a wonderful medical practice that offers many services such as family practice, natural hormone replacement, chiropractic, nutritional supplements, acupuncture, massage, Parisian Peel micodermabrasion and endermologie cellulite reduction. The staff is friendly and you don't have to wait days and days to get an appointment. These doctors are the best and they take their time and they never rush you if you have questions or concerns. more
