My family has beem going to Dr. Fralicker for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of care. That is until our last visit. With the exception of the back office assistant, we were treated very rudely, even by Dale Fralicker. While I was waiting in the examining room (for over 45 minutes), I overheard him tell someone else that he was tired of losing money and now it is all about making money. And that was very obvious. I will not return and I am embarassed that I referred friends to this office. This is an example of a formerly good, but now burned out doctor who needs to find a new career.
