I bought a 60 minute Muscle Tension Release massage thru "LivingSocial" for $40(originally $80). I was off work for a week, so I thought that I would pamper myself to relieve some tension in my neck and back. Unfortunatley, I was not one bit satisfied! My first impression of the spa, made me hungry. Why you might ask? Well, it smelled like grilled chicken when I walked in nassumingly due to the chinese place next door. I thought maybe a staff member was having lunch, but as I was taken back to my room, the smell was even worse! Throughout my massage all I could smell was the chicken! Not only was the smell a distraction, but my Masseuse talked quite a bit and then the Karate class upstaris began!! I noticed the music in my room was pretty loud for a massage, but now it makes sense...I assume the volume is turned up to drown out the Karate class and the noise of the staff talking in the front. All of this made me even more tense during my massage and I left feeling completely unsatisfied. The only reason I gave one star, is because at least the staff was extremely nice...
