Helped when needed!!!! 10/16/2011

I woke up with a very sore and stiff neck. I called Indulgence on Stearns and they got me in the same day. The receptionist was very nice to work with and gave me an apt. with Sanyu. She did wonders and I am seeing her again for up keep. more

First, "appreciate" and "special" were spelled wrong in your email to me... (just fyi) Second, the environment is beautiful, and the people are friendly. I went in for a 1hr relaxation facial. Was told by my aesthetician that a glycolic treatment would be good for me, but that it would cost $5 more and be a 15 minute shorter appointment. I agreed, and THEN found out that with the glycolic treatment I don't get the hand and foot treatment! Would have liked to know that before I agreed, and still don't understand why it can't still be part of the treatment. Went in for a facial AND relaxation. The shoulder massage was good, though. more

Both my facial and massage were excellent. I had the purigenix facial and the MTR massage, they were both great and I will continue on a monthly basis. I also, have to give kudos to both of my ladies who took great care of me. Val and Ty are the BEST!! more

All of the staff that I have encountered are very pleasant. I receive facial/microdermabrasion services and have tremendous noticeable difference (friends and family have asked "what are you doing different?). Love.....LOVE.....love the ambience of the spa! more

Perfection! 9/21/2011

I have a shoulder and neck injury that acts up every now and then, and stress does not help. I was able to make an appointment quickly and at a great time. The therapist,Sanyu, put me at ease and was absolutely wonderful. I am so glad I have a place I can count on to get the relaxation I need from time to time. Thank you! more

I forgot the name of the lady who helped me. But she was awesome no only with the facial she gave me, but also with the products she recommended. What I liked best is that she worked with what I have and recommended the products I should buy when I ran out. more

Couple's Massage 9/13/2011

My friend and I had a couple's massage at Indulgence and we both really enjoyed it. My therapist was Ty (who is always fantastic) and his was Sonata (who he enjoyed very much). I had never had a couple's massage before but I would go to Indulgence again for one. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the service was great. Highly recommended!! more

Very professional and relaxing! 9/10/2011

I am not a "veteran" spa-goer, but came with the hopes of helping some ongoing neck and back problems. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff, their efforts to make this a comfortable experience, and Sonata's ability to listen to my needs and provide an absolutely wonderful massage that made a significant difference. I will be coming back! more

Management has a high level of paranoia of customers screwing her over. All the staff seem to be nice and work well with others. Owner needs to go to manners school. more
