I was shocked when your mechanic gave me the bill, as you clearly told me the total, with parts and labor, was $163.03. When I got the bill for $313.03, obviously I was not happy...

Highly skilled mechanics who care for you car as if it were theirs 2/21/2013

Dick and Matsuo (sp?) provide a high level of craftmanship. They do not 'over repair' but only recommend those things that truly need to be fixed or replaced. They listen to you and they are friendly. more

I liked Import Car Experts. I took both of my cars in and both of the guys worked on them. They have many years of experience, and that's really impressive. I appreciated that they explained, in great detail, exactly what needed to be done and then did the work they said they were going to do. Also, I felt the price was fair, it wasn't too low and it wasn't too high. I like that they use only quality products. I have found that a lot of mechanics will try to charge a person for things they don't need, but these guys aren't like that. They are very honest, and that's hard to find in mechanics. I've finally found my mechanics! more
