I was shocked when your mechanic gave me the bill, as you clearly told me the total, with parts and labor, was $163.03. When I got the bill for $313.03, obviously I was not happy...

I have found Dick and Matsuo consistently thorough and competent over the years and fair in pricing. They are both hands on mechanics and do they solve the problem at hand rather than upsell you on work you may not need or desire. more

Skill in analysis and execution; reasonable pricing 4/10/2014

They fix the problem you brought the car in to fix, and don't use the present problem as a pretext to upsell you other un-asked-for services. If they see something needing attention in the course of fixing the problem they alert you and don't pressure. Pricing is reasonable. more

Fantastic Service from the Experts 3/13/2014

Import Car Experts did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues with my Lexus and worked on my car for 2 days -- at a reasonable cost. I grew up in an automotive family (auto dealerships, gas stations, and NASCAR Racing) and these guys, Mitsuo and Dick, know what they are doing -- and I highly recommend them! more

I don't like "jumping around" to different repair shops. There's "free market" and then there's "customer loyalty" and "the customer base." It's important to know the people in a business you depend on. These folks have never let us down. We even bought a used truck from them. It's "tip-top." more

Instead of coming in for an early scheduled appointment, they were able to fit me in a day earlier when I called that same day. Always friendly, professional service at a fair price. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! more

Import Car Experts is the BEST! 12/23/2013

I am so grateful to have found Import Car Experts. Owner, Dick, is upfront and honest when he diagnoses your car. As a woman, I know I can trust him not to charge me for things I don't need. Dick has even come to my house when my seals gave out and oil poured all over my driveway. He checked everything over and called a tow truck. I would highly recommend Import Car Experts! more
