Best

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Worst

I've come here for a debate tournament. They literally placed us in hotel rooms for our rounds. From an observation the rooms were nice. No blemis

Excellent hotel 10/29/2008

This is one of the nicer hotels that I have visited, although it has a couple of minor flaws that keep me from giving it 5 stars. The rooms are very comfortable, pretty good sized, with very nice decor and nice flat-screen TVs. They have a nice bar, a nice casual restaurant and an upscale restaurant that I didn't try. All of the staff I dealt with were very professional. It's physically connected to the Convention Center so it's very convenient if you are attending an event there. \r \r One thing I didn't like is the parking. There is some parking near the front but it fills up and you may need to park in a parking structure which is somewhat far away. They also had some nice self-checkin kiosks -- but they didn't work for me and I had to have a staff member check me in. more

Great hotel 5/25/2005

I've stayed here a couple of times for some conferences and it's one of the better hotels in the area. The rooms are pretty nice, with a double-headed shower which is nice. The service was also attentive and but it lacked in a good restaurant and food services. more

  • In Short
Soon after the first Hyatt hotel opened in Los Angeles in 1957, Hyatt hotels and resorts became known for their dramatic atrium lobbies and their ability to express local flavor. Rooms feature beds with Sealy brand mattresses and down comforters, flat-screen TVs with cable access, wireless Internet, iPod-adaptable alarm clock/radios, Starbucks coffee and Portico bath products. Travelers enjoy the convenience of hotel and airline check-in kiosks, fitness facilities, multiple business centers and ample meeting spaces.
