C. Edward Huggins, MD Dr. Huggins is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He received his BS from Wofford College and his MD from MUSC. He completed his medical internship at the University of Rochester and his residency at MUSC. Bertram Finch III, MD Dr. Finch is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He received his BS from Davidson College and his MD from the University of North Carolina. He completed his internship and residency at MUSC. FAMILY PLANNING: Contraception & family planning advice, Prescriptions for birth control pills, patch & ring, Depo-Provera injections, Mirena & Paragard IUD insertions, Implanon insertions, Diaphragm fittings, Tubal ligation sterilization surgery (Roper Hospital). GYNECOLOGY AND GYNECOLOGIC-UROLOGIC CARE: Infections, STD's, Bartholin Cysts, Ovarian Cysts, Fibrocystic breasts & breast infections, Endometriosis, Uterine fibroids, Abnormal periods, Pelvic pain, Abnormal cervical pathology, Pelvic organ prolapse, Stress urinary incontinence, Concerns of the perimenopausal & postmenopausal periods.
