never been treated like this before, i book a room a month a head and paid for it in full for 2weeks since i had to be right in that area for a job, when i get there to check in they have no record of me even checking in let a lone paided in full, i tell the lady who i am and she continues to tell me that i have no room reserved, i show her my bank statement and she still doesn't believe me, finally after 45 minutes she comes and tells me how sorry she was that she had found my reservation and that my room will b ready in 30 minutes, i said fine i'll come back, when i get back she is rushing to get me to my room so she can talk with her boyfriend husband who ever that guy was, anyway i get to my room and it trashed, sink had food in it, floor was filthy, walls had righting all over them, i walk back down to the office and tell the lady whats wrong with my place and ask her for another room she tells me sorry company policy can't change rooms unless you pay a transfer fee, are you kiddi more

not too much has changed since new management too this over. Gotten worse than before cause in a bad area and now the staff is rude. mY FRIEND LIVED HERE A LONG TIME AND IS NOW LOOKING TO MOVE. rATES HAVE GONE UP AND NOTHING GETS FIXED more

looks nice from the outside but once you get in there its not much looking nice, very old, not updated rooms, kinda matches the customer service there, old and out dated, the lady who checked me in was smoking and told me hold on a minute she almost done, then she tried to shake my hand without washing them, i gave her pound instead, it took forever to get checked, once i checked in i started to go to my room, got stopped like 4 time by people who asked me for a cig or a dollar, people hanging out on the stairs drinking, smoking, just not a good start, get into my room and it's something out of the 70's, roomed smelled so bad, had to keep the door open to air it out, i paid for a week and i know thats all i will be here for its not worth $200 a week, its not worth $50 a week, so i will not be back....... more

Was here in April 2008.\r Two apartments were rented, were dirty, no utensils and felt so unsafe. The area itself is very shady, very scary to walk around really late at night.\r The Manager is rude and obnoxious who should be taught the value of customer service.\r This is overpriced and a total JOKE!\r Look at other hotels in main Las Vegas, it is NOT worth staying here! more

This is by far the worst place I have EVER made the mistake of booking.Be careful if you stay here, it is in a VERY unsafe area & is WAY overpriced.The manager has no idea what customer service means. The refund policy is bogus.I feel competely taken by this place for $563, and I was there 30 minutes! I found a room at the Luxor for half that! What ever you do, unless you are looking to purchase some illegal drugs, activities, do not stay here. PROS: NONE CONS: Overpriced,unsafe,dirty,old,unfriendly more

Like their other locations in Las Vegas, the property needs to be better cared for, both inside and outside. This is a "last resort" choice when everything else is booked full. Even then, you will need to watch out for your car, your belongings and yourself. more
