Thanks for fitting me in for a tire swap first thing tomorrow morning! Called Honda world and they said they don't have the special axle tool for a hayabusa lmao and edge powersports are two weeks out, for a tire swap, come on wtf. I called them first only because they were closer. I'm from Michigan and needed tires put on asap not weeks from now. Looking forward to giving you more of our business. Thank you! more

The change that has gone on within this business has been very positive. When purchasing a Honda last July I had to hunt down a salesperson. No staff appeared to care about customers, with no understanding of what customer service is. Wanting to buy a second Honda I entered the business again a week ago. I did have to once again hunt down a sales person to assist me with questions, however I could see that things had begun to change there. I worked with T, and he was real receptive to feedback of previous issues with our past there. He was very helpful, accomidating, and interested in making a sale. When we went in to make our purchase we were approached right away from Mike ""Hillbilly"", and he was an outstanding addition. He knows what friendly, attentive customer service is. I would highly recommend hin for a sales manager in the future. more

These guys were prompt, courteous, and above all, very helpful. I'm in SLC for the summer and need a few things tuned up on my bike. Not only have they been straightforward with what I need and what my options are, but also have been flexible and helpful as I explain my situation. Above all, these guys seem focused more on getting me and my bike back on the road than getting my money and my wallet separated. Knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful beyond the call of duty. Good work guys! more

On the road from San Francisco to Key West my Bandit developed an engine oil leak, probably a faulty gasket after the pre-trip valve adjustment. Showed up here this morning, told the service guy my problem and silently hoped he could take me in asap. I saw that his schedule was full on his calendar but without a word about it he asked for my registration, my cell phone and told me to go have breakfast nearby... I am writing this from the Starbucks down the road, awaiting his call. Obviously I can't judge the work yet but that kind of attitude is worth 5 stars by itself... A big thank you guys! more

A great selection of gear and accessories and a very competent service department. They came highly recommended by my moto friends, and for good reason. They got my bike in quickly to repair my faulty speedometer and pointed out that it would be a good idea to do a full maintenance since the bike was at about 60K miles. more

Not Pleased 6/5/2011

I recently purchased a few motorcycle components from this fine establishment, shipping was prompt although they neglected to call me as they promised they would upon arrival. While picking up the parts i asked a few standers by for a key so that i could turn off my ignition (Previous owner drilled it out when he lost the key). no one had a key so i asked an employee who was standing there to watch it for a second. 5 minutes later when i returned the man who was watching it said ""I got your bike to turn off, but i don't know if you will be able to get it to turn back on."" sure enough he had jammed my ignition and no matter what we tried it would not budge. the gentlemen never apologized, instead informed my that they would call me with a quote. rude more

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new C109R motorcycle from Paul @ Honda Suzuki. I have never had a better experience buying a car or motorcycle from anywhere. It took me over a month and about five visits to decide exactly which bike I would buy. (I'm very picky) Paul was there for me every time with no pressure and tons of knowledge to help me make my decision. When I finally did decide on my new C109R Paul made the process a snap. I would highly recommend (if you are looking for a motorcycle) that you go to Honda Suzuki and talk to Paul. more

Avoid this Dealership 9/5/2008

I can't imagine what's happened to Paul Burningham's memory? I kindly asked for a simple donation for a very important event, I was treated poorly. We ( un-named group of 150 bikers) supported his business for several years, spending lots of $$$$, his memory is short. There are many dealerships kind enough to help out this year, even though times are hard, but not HONDA SUZUKI. Stay away from this dealership and spend your HONDA/SUZUKI money elsewhere. more
