They did everything right. It was because of the service, the timeliness, and the convenience of the shuttle that took me back home and brought me back to the dealership when the service was ready. more

As soon as i got there,there was someone who came out to see what i was there for and if i had an appointment. Once they knew what i was there for they helped me set up and appointment where it wouldn't be so late. They just made it easy and answered all the questions that i had. more

exceptionally good 6/6/2011

I dealt mainly with Mr. Michael Whitman the Internet Manager and he was exceptionally good person to deal with making all the process very enjoyable even that we had to wait for about a month to get the car as it is on high demand and low supply. Michael is a person that I feel comfortable give his name around to my family and friends. I want also to say that Arin Salzano the Finance Manager did a great job "yanking" me from the pre-approval deal I had with my bank before coming in to purchase the vehicle and with her amazing skills got me to finance through the dealership. We are still learning the new car, we also discovered a gap in the sliding door but Michael immediately offered his support to me and is helping me get it looked at with the srvc dept, so for Michael, the deal does not end with me driving out the car from the lot, but also supporting me when I need his help. more

The paint on my 2004 Odyssey started peeling off the hood in August 2009. When I called Hoehn Honda, I was told the warranty was extended due to an adhesion issue. I brought my van in and they paid to have the hood, roof and window edges re-painted; I got the van back in a week. Two weeks ago I noticed a small patch of paint peeling of the back hatch; within a week, it had become a huge area. Mario in service asked me to come in so the Honda rep could take a look at it because the warranty didn't cover that part of the van. When I arrived, the rep wasn't there, so Andy took a picture so I wouldn't have to come back. Mario called the next day to say that Honda was offering me a goodwill warranty extension to cover the back hatch. I got my newly-painted van back within 3 days... and they even put on a new H logo (mine disappeared years ago) and detailed the inside. I am hugely impressed!? more

After finding the car model I was interested in purchasing, I made a call and set up an appointment to come in for a test drive. Their no-pressure approach and attention to my requirements made my car buying experience headache free & fun. more

Great place to take your car 5/4/2011

Poway Honda did not fix the problem if your car in a new car warranty. I bring my Civic and Odyssey and Voila. Hoehn replace the damage parts, they even wash my car and free of charge. We are talking about trunk is not smoothly closed, safety belt is not retracting, windows motor is not working, sliding door galoping on inclined street, hard to open sliding door, and other stuff I do not remember. more

I bought my Honda somewhere else, but take it to Hoehn for oil changes, etc. The staff has always been friendly and they complete the work within a reasonable amount of time. They also always wash my car at the end, which I LOVE! more

Good customer service 4/25/2011

I took my Honda Accord Coupe LX-S '08 here after some noisy brakes and fan issues. They run a free shuttle and I work nearby so that was pretty convenient. They had to order some parts but they called me back a week later when the parts arrived and I got my car fixed that day. Overall, good customer service. more

The Hoehn family has been in the car business since 1938 with the original Hoehn Chevrolet, founded by Theodore W. Hoehn.The company, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee was transferred to Theodore W. "Bill" Hoehn, Junior. After moving to La Jolla, California for what turned out to be a short-lived retirement, Bill founded Hoehn Motors in Carlsbad in 1975. Bill's two sons Bill and Bob now own the business. Today, the family is proud to say that there is a fourth generation of Hoehn car dealers working in the business: Ted, Jo Hannah, and Susanah Hoehn.
