Poor Customer Service! 8/29/2005

The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is located in downtown Milwaukee on Wisconsin Avenue. I booked my rooms through net direct on the Hilton website. Bad experience!! After discovering that my child had the chicken pox, I was not allowed to cancel my reservations for a full refund. Apparently they wanted their guests exposed to the chicken pox. How crazy!! I would never use the net direct service or stay in a Hilton Hotel again! more

too many add ons 8/18/2005

We paid 140 for our room. When we got there we found we had to pay another 20 to park. Then if we wanted to swim it was 15 dollars a person! HELLO?! the pool/park wasn't that great! Then we got to our room and there was a dirty shirt in the bed sheet. We were so disappointed. We could have enjoyed ourselves more at Motel 6. more
