People only usually take the time to post negative things about companies and expierences. So i thought i would share what a positive expierence i had purchasing a custom carrriage house door from Heritage Door. I wanted something very unique for my home and was very happy to find that the manufacturer that Heritage door uses, Amarr has literally hundreds of different models to choose from. The salesman michael, spent over an hour and a half with me going over all my options and i decided that i wanted a special order door. he told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get, so i was most pleased when the office called me 3 weeks after i ordered to schedule my installation. The installer did a very clean job and walked me thorugh all the features of my new Amarr door and Liftmaster opener. I would highly recommend Heritage to anyone looking for high quality products and good customer service more

We are very happy with this company. We had 4 other estimates and these guys were the best price with what I feel was the best door. They installed the new door within a fews from the order installer did a grat job and he even sweep the floor and cleaned the windows in my new door. 5 stars for these guys more

We purchased a garage door from this company almost 20 years ago. Well it was time to replace it and I received as good as service or better than the first time. We went with the top of the line door this time with windows and a garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company more

Richard came to provide an estimate for replacing our wood doors with roll-ups. He fully explained the processes and the materials they use and compared the various products we were considering based on my own research. He was very honest with us and provided a lot of information about the types and qualities of the doors available in the marketplace. We continued with our search and evaluation of products but made the decision to go with the Heritage Door Company. It was a wise choice on our part. \r \r The installation crew came as scheduled. I expected at least two people but only Alberto was in attendance. I commented to him that I really expected more but he said he would be okay in doing the entire job himself. He commenced to remove the old doors and hardware then went to work prepping the doorways and assembling the panels, rails and openers. He relocated our existing opener (I only had one door with an opener and the other door was a 'manual lift') to the smaller door and corrected all of the things that were incorrect with it. He worked hard all day and by 5 PM, he was done. Fantastic job. I hope that the Management recognizes the skills and talents of this man and take care of him. He is who I would want to hire and keep if this was my business. \r \r Thanks again for the great work and service. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT use this company unless you like to receive horrible customer service! The initial salesman that came out was nice, but since my door was installed I have received nothing but horrible customer service. The worst is that, the owner Ed is the rudest of them all! more

Our door broke so we called 3 companys out to give us an estimate. Heritage Door was one of them.They offered better pricing than the others which was surprising since one of the others was Costco. Anyhow they installed the door and opener 3 days after the order. They were polite and on time for their appointment. It has been a couple weeks since the install and the door is working great. I was treated very rudely when I called to get an estimate. First off, I left a message with a man and was told I would be called back. I never was called back. I called back two days later and spoke with a man who sounded like the same one I had left a message with before. I tried to explain the problem of never having my call returned. He wasn't concerned in the least, and had a sarcastic attitude.\r \r Finally since he had such a bad attitude I said ""if your company can't return calls maybe it would be better to just say you don't want the job"". He then yelled into the phone ""OK, we don't want the job"". \r \r I cannot figure out why they wouldn't have wanted the job, they would have been paid money, plus I wanted an estimate on some other work. This company is for sure not one I would ever want to use. A friend of mine called them and they never returned his call either. \r \r This pretty much tells me this company isn't a good one to pick for your doors, windows or garage doors. I would never have someone like the flunky guy answer my phones making my company lose business. Obviously they don't care! Cons: Thumbs down more
