Rosa's has good food for the price. It's more of a fast food resturant, but has a sit down resturant kind of feel to it. The inside has a decent decor, but it could be updated. During the week, particularly during the lunch rush, they get very busy.

10" cheese pizza, spaghetti, lasanga 2 salads and bread for $18.95. Feeds 4 maybe 5.
And the info is wrong. you can only pay with visa or mastercard and of course cash.
Check it out. You'll never be dissappointed.

DH and I stumbled upon this place when visiting Temecula...and what a great find! We went there for lunch and although at first we weren't sure about a mall restaurant, Roda Viva exceeded our expectations!
The service was outstanding and we really enjoyed sampling the different meats using the aforementioned red/green block of wood. Kind of reminded me of Bubba Gump's "Run, Forrest, Run!" concept. :)
Sure wish there was a Roda Viva in the Bay Area!
Pros: Carnivore Heaven!
Cons: I guess there is no more Roda Viva?

This is a prime location for dinner out with friends or family. The service is friendly and prompt and the food is exceptional. You can sit and have a view of the pond and then feed the ducks after your meal is complete.
