I've ordered parts several times from DCH and I can only say positive things about it. Shipping is very quick, communication is excellent, and follow up is very positive. I wish I live closer to this dealership so I can service my acura here. For now, I am happy with parts service.

No really, I wasn't sure I was safe going to the dealer for service. I've got a truck I wanted to keep like new and it was under warranty, so I went to the dealer for service. I got excellent service there. They kept me informed and got the job done in a timely manner. The best part was I left there with out the feeling of being ripped off.Now I go there for everything.

Here's a family-owned business worth going to. I have gladly driven far from home to take my WV there because I know that I'm never sold anything I don't need. It's nice to go somewhere and not have my time abused, and know that job it being done right. I've always had prompt and efficient service, and I've never had a single problem there. You can go to a chain and have a price quoted to you right away, but I suspect those numbers are often higher than need be. I'm happy to have someone actually diagnose my vehicle, and then give me the number.

What I like about Saturn is that the sticker price is the price that you are going to get so the sales people really were not pushy. We bought our Saturn here and the sales staff was extremely helpful. They even had a place for the kids to play. The entire dealership inside and out was extremely clean which really impressed me. They made sure my husband and I were comfortable. It was an all around great experience.

If you need parts, this is the place to go. They offer good (I should say great) prices, fast turn around for an internet business, and good shipping prices. If you want to pick it up yourself because you're local, no shipping charges. Mike is very knowledgable and can get just about any part you need, even if it's a specialtiy, dealer only type part.

My husband and I went to Quality Nissan to look at their small trucks to replace our big gas guzzler. We were greeted promptly and were shown trucks that we wanted, not what they wanted to sell us. Transaction was smooth and we left with a great truck. I would recommend this dealer.

I have routine maintenance done at Rancho Ford a couple times a year. They always have the car ready when quoted and they have good prices for their services. I usually get the works package which includes oil change, tire rotation, and fluid checks. The service staff is always very nice. They always call a month later to see how we liked the service.

When looking for a new car, this was one of the places I looked at. It ended up being the dealer that I bought from. I did an online search through Hyundai and received some quotes from a few dealers in the area. This dealership was straight forward and no nonsense. I did all of my "dealing" through email and then set up a time to come in and pick up my Santa Fe. It was so easy! The day I picked up my new car I was only there maybe an hour total. It was great. I was able to review everything before hand through email and fax to cut back on all the time spent at the dealer. Very Great customer service. If I ever buy another Hyundai, it will be from this dealer.
