Kindness, compassion and understanding 7/27/2011

I have been a multiple pet owner for 20 plus years; came to Dr Michelle Brownstein's Henrietta Animal Hospital in September 1996 with my new kitten named Hobbes. Dr. Michelle Brownstein has always been completely professional, honest, kind, understanding and so was all of her staff. I believe all the people that bring their animals to Dr. M. Brownstein feel the same way. Also to add: Dr. M. Brownstein called me at home to see how I was doing after the inevitable death of Hobbes. How could any Veterinarian compare to that? Ask me. She is compassionate and kind as well as her staff. That is all I can say right now. Marybeth more

Responsive vet 10/13/2008

I am new to the area and took my two dogs to this vet. She seemed knowledgable, and was very responsive when I had an emergency a few days after our 1st appt. She is not super-talkative but seemed to be a nice person who loves animals. She was very caring towards my dogs, and reassuring to me. Her staff was friendly and very good with the dogs. Her prices are high, but I've learned over the years that you get what you pay for. more

Vets 5/7/2007

People need to understand that owning a pet can be costly. But you took on that responsibility when you took the animal under your care. I have known Michelle and her staff for a while, and they are almost like family to me. They always take care of my dogs and cats very well. The hospital is clean and full of hospitality. The complaining is unessisary. If you don't like the place then don't go there. OR if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. : - D\r \r ~John Edwards ~ more
