I have been a multiple pet owner for 20 plus years; came to Dr Michelle Brownstein's Henrietta Animal Hospital in September 1996 with my new kitten named Hobbes. Dr. Michelle Brownstein has always been completely professional, honest, kind, understanding and so was all of her staff. I believe all the people that bring their animals to Dr. M. Brownstein feel the same way. Also to add: Dr. M. Brownstein called me at home to see how I was doing after the inevitable death of Hobbes. How could any Veterinarian compare to that? Ask me.
