People need to understand that owning a pet can be costly. But you took on that responsibility when you took the animal under your care. I have known Michelle and her staff for a while, and they are almost like family to me. They always take care of my dogs and cats very well. The hospital is clean and full of hospitality. The complaining is unessisary. If you don't like the place then don't go there. OR if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. : - D\r
