I want to publicly thank the park manager at Missile Village located in Lompoc Ca. She worked diligently to fix a problem in the park, and went above and beyond her job to make sure my health and my familys safety was taken care of during a recent park emergency. more

What a nice park...so clean and well kept, and all the tenants seem like decent regular people. Hawkeye completely contradicts the stereotypical notion that mobile parks are dirty and rundown...they actually know how to keep a mobile home park in good shape. more

I came to the Greentree park to visit my friend one day, and I couldn't help noticing what a nice park it was, and how my friend was so well-connected with the management. I was looking for a smaller place to move in to at the time, and so I decided to move into Greentree, and I don't regret it. more

A Cut Above 8/7/2012

At the two Hawkeye parks that I have stayed at, westwinds in oceanside and then green valley in yucaipa, the staff and just the quality and condition of the parks are by far at the top of the list of all the mobile home parks that I have stayed at. A clever management company that know how to stay a cut above the rest! more

All the staff are clearly well qualified and skilled at their jobs, and they are also very understanding and intuitive. Hawkeye has high expectations, and wouldn't hire anyone to manage their parks that doesn't meet them. more

I had trouble in my mobile home, with the light fixtures and even the sturdiness of the cabinets, but Hawkeye was right there to help me have those fixed, getting people as soon as possible to deal with the problems. more

Hawkeye makes the parks that it manages feel like home...you don't really think about moving out because you already feel like you're at home. And now I really feel like the Ponderosa park in Costa Mesa is my home, and will be for a long time, because of Hawkeye. more

You are just at peace of mind when you move into a park managed by hawkeye. The staff is always understanding and intent on keeping the park nice and the tenants happy, and always fixing any problems and making sure they don't happen again. They really care about the tenants' happiness. more

Very Comfortable 7/27/2012

Ever since I've moved into the Green Valley mobile home park here in Yucaipa, I've been so comfortable-adjusting to new surroundings and conditions was made so easy by the staff and management. Don't hesitate to move in to a park managed by Hawkeye! more

If you've heard anything bad about hawkeye's management skills and decisions, you've heard wrong. Hawkeye hires skilled and kind people to run its parks. Hawkeye makes its parks very nice places to live in, please take it from me. more

Hawkeye does a pretty good job of making the park look nice and giving it a sort of homely atmosphere. I don't know if it's because I've lived here in Costa Mesa for a while, but I think that that's something hawkeye brings to all of its parks. more

As I have moved over the years, I have stayed at two parks managed by hawkeye, Westwinds in oceanside and now Green Valley in Yucaipa. The staff at both parks is hard to beat by my experience with management of other mobile home parks that I have stayed at. Very engaging, always friendly..and the parks themselves aren't so shabby either! Smart management company! more

Since moving in to Twin Pines in Yucaipa, hawkeye has kept it clean and organized. The staff is always ready to help whenever you need it and always available to answer complaints, of which I haven't had that very many here! more
