Hawkeye Asset Management

I have lived at Twin Pines Mobile Home Park for a number of years and have never had any problems with the management or with getting any repairs done at my space. There is another mobile home park just down the street that is run by the same management company and it appears to be kept clean and in good repair just like our park. I have had the misfortune of being late with my rent a few times over the years and they definitely will serve you with a notice to pay or move out when you?re late, but luckily those few times that I got behind I was able to pay the rent within a week or so and they didn?t file anything with the court or against my credit rating. Overall I have been very happy living here more

The manager has been very helpful and responsive for the last two years that we've lived here. Even the smallest problems have been handled promptly and given me whatever help I needed. It is by far the best rental experience I've ever had. I would stay here forever if I could. The manager has been a dream and everyone in the office has been wonderful. A friend, also rents through Hawkeye Asset and has nothing but good things to say. I call it Home!! more

I was a care provider for a resident at the Rancho La Vista Mobilehome Park in San Diego and the park let me keep my rescue dog which was technically not included in the rules. As you can imagine this was a huge relief for me. But not only that, when my client passed away, the management attended this resident's funeral; and worked with me so that I could make an orderly transition to another place to live! more

So you want to live in a mobile home park. Well I have the place for you. It is in the San Jacinto CA and it is called Tradewinds Mobile Lodge and it is managed by Hawkeye Asset Management. I have never had such nice place to call home. The park is quite and very clean and Donna, the manager is always on top of things. I was once a manager of a mobile home park myself and I know how management companies work and I have to say that Hawkeye Asset Management does it right! Give them your park and they will make you happy! more

I want to let everyone know that Ponderosa Mobile Home Park in Costa Mesa is awesome! I have lived here for many years and through several different management companies and since Hawkeye Asset Management has been managing the park, it has improved immensely. They have really cleaned it up and they have employees that really seem to care. If you are in need of Mobilehome Park Management this is the group for you! more

I have lived in Twin Pines Mobile Home Park for over 8 years. I am very happy here and the new park manager is great. She is always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I might have. If she doesn't have the answer she calls her supervisor at Hawkeye Asset Management and gets me the help I need. Also, the park looks great, kudos to the new maintenance staff and all their hard work. more

Wow! Clean parks (Twin Pines is very close to ours), a manager that truly cares about the overall well-being of the park and its tenants, maintenance crews who are constantly attending to the needs of the park and the mobile homes in it, and a management company who actually calls you back if you call them. more

I have had the pleasure of working with Hawkeye over the past several months and so far it has been a great experience. Every employee I have met has been pleasant and more than accommodating to help out in any way possible. Unlike other organizations who are often unavailable during the times when you need them most, Hawkeye has always been just one quick phone call away. I highly recommend them. more

I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF ONE OF THE PARKS THAT THEY RUN AND LET ME TELL YOU THATS THE LAST THING THEY DO. FIRST OFF THEY LET GO THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER THEY HAD DUE TO A SELFISH EMPLOYEE ABOVE HIM. LETS TALK A LITTLE ABOUT HER SHES NOT A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN SHE JUST WANTS TO MAKE PEOPLE SUFFER. SHE WOULD EVICT PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE ""WE HAVE NOTHING IN LIGATION"" WAS HER EXACT QUOTE. BOTTOM LINE TO THIS STORY IS SHE NEEDS TO BE MORE NICE AND HAVE MORE OF A HEART. LONG STORY SHORT SHE THEN TWO WEEKS LATER THEN FIRED THE MAINT. GUY WE ALL THINK THIS WAS DONE TO HIDE HER MISTAKES AGAIN BUT ONLY THE OWNER HAS THE DECISION TO LOOK INTO THIS TO SEE SHES ONLY IN IT TO HURT PEOPLE. My grandmother has owned a trailer at a park for 20 years when 7 years ago, the wonderful HAWKEYE took over. My grandmother who can no longer live by herself had to move in with my mother, I then moved into the trailer to be closer so I could help care for her. After a year of living there, HAWEYE decided to EVICT me ( after we refused to sell the trailer to them ) because I was not on the 20 year old lease. I had my name put pn the title and put in an application as they asked, and guess what, they denied it and still took me to court. And yes they even WON!! So now that my grandmother mobile home is sitting there empty and up for sale the park is denying every applicant that applies!! I can not belive this. So if you are an owner of a MOBILE HOME AND YOU FIND OUT THAT HAWKEYE IS GOING TO BE TAKING OVER YOUR PARK... SELL YOUR PLACE AND GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!! i lived at cypress rv park since jan.of 2000 i had to put up a $150.00 deposit for electic and water i moved july 30 2009 now they have refused to give back my deposit do not trust them more

What a raw place to live and the people who manage the park meaning the Corperate peolpe,for one they have no feelings for the people who live here and fired a great Manager who got things done in this park that never got takin care of for years,we all beleive she was let go do to racialisum we really miss her so much. more

I agree with MOMWOW its the worst company to manage mobile home parks the person that owns the Park has no idea what is going on in the park Terre uses bad language and should not be manging this park from this company we all are outraged how she treats the people also shes not a nice person hopefull we can get here out of here its not a good place to live with her here and arent you supposed to have a couple manage the park? this is wrong only one person and the last managers were fired and they were the best managers the park had so we arent happy with this compnay do something now company this is not good were not happy with the manager there now hes never in the office when we need him the other managers were there for us and no one wants to use the clubhouse anymore because its closed exactly at 900 pm no if and or buts its not a good place to live anymore. We want a decet managment company not the one we have Terre needs to straighten up and get hr act together. more

This has to be one of the worst Management Companys for mobil home parks ever seen! They care only for what they can get from Park Owners, and don't care about what goes on in that park! The agent makes sure that the OWNER doesn't see her dirty work. The agent just fired the best on site management team that has been in place for a long time! WOW we where enjoying OUR park, the people in the park, new ideas in the park, and finally getting together as a small nit family. BUT NO......., the agent made darn sure of that! 14 months ago we had it made. Nice people in the office, down to earth folks, not stuffy, just caring and helped when they could. Gee let's fire them......? The last couple robbed us blind, leaving in the middle of the night........... hum?? Now a single guy who can't be in the office and the park at the sametime..................hum? Some one needs to check up on the agent and her company! And, what about the agent's boyfriend being our park landscaping crew?? Kinda funny don't you think?? Park only looks good 100 yards into the place, and everything else is going to hell in a hand basket?? There are 9 spots open and we have NEVER had so many! Makes me wonder......?, as well of the rest of us here. The OWNER of the park should check in on us once and awhile as her beloved husband did. He was a very lovely man and he cared for his favorite Park. Please Owner...... see what's going on behind your back, before it's to late! Buyers Beware.. The park manager at our mobile home park is an agent to Hawkeye and she is very unprofessional, uncourteous, lazy and never available. She keeps raising our rent - this time twice in a year - which is illegal. She does absolutely nothing in the park and is never available. She works only 3 hours a day and has a full time assistant who deals with the resident's complaints all day long. She does not deserve to be park manager and should be removed from such position. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Cons: Everything! Thumbs down more

They do not hold to there agreements. Assocciates enter property without permission.. if you want safity do not hire thease people. more
