I visit the Asian Supermarket when I’m preparing my Asian dishes because they have many products I cannot locate in nearby shopping outlets like Giant or Safeway. The prices here are somewhat reasonable and they have everything I need. Just a warning yhey are lacking in more Americanized ingredients, this is more of a specialty store. We need more stores like this in DC. I love this place. more

Asian food market 12/28/2005

This is a really good place if you want frest fruits and vegetables. they have reasonable prices. it is really congested and there is always a lot of rush there. you have to stand in lines for a long time to get your stuff. i think it is worth going there if you have to buy a lot of grocery. more

Fresh Foods SuperMarket 12/28/2005

This is a great place for those who crave fresh vegetables like my wife and I. One of the greatest things they have here are fresh peas. The prices aren’t bad either. Of course, there is ample parking as well. For those that do watch them, they have Asian(not sure which type) movies here. They also have a Korean fast food place inside the market. Also not to be missed is the women’s hair accessories section. In my opinion, that is a little over priced. more

Huge Asian Grocery Store 8/2/2005

Han Ah Reum Asian Supermarkets is a huge Korean owned grocery store that carries a wide variety of produce, meats, seafood, and original items from Asia and other countries. Sometimes this place has the best prices in town on fresh fruits and vegetables. There always seems to be a crowd so be prepared to elbow your way through the aisles. The store has a lot of hard to find items that you would normally only find in Asia. more
