I've been to this Darcars Toyota Service many times for oil change and car wash. The service here used to be horrible. Mainly the waiting was real bad. This has great improved. They have cut the wait for oil change from 2 hours to 1 hour.
It was raining so they recommended that I not do the car wash and gave me a gift certificate for a free car wash at a local gas station to be redeemed within ten days. They also told me they do not clean the car from the inside, which they used to do.
They also have a free coffee machine the waiting area, which is a total of 3 rooms. I made an appointment prior to coming there. I didn't have to wait to meet a customer service person.

Got a price quote from the internet dealer over the phone for an odyssey and $1000 more for trade in than any other dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted so I didn't need a test drive. Everything was coordinated over the phone so when I arrived with my trade-in, I was signed and out the door in less than 15 minutes driving my new car. Couldn't have asked for a more no-nonsense car buying experience. I will be going back for a new car when needed.

I took my miata here for a mystery noise in the roof. They looked at it 3 times (under warrenty) and said there was no noise. Took it to another mazda dealer who actually acknowledged the noise and attempted to correct it.

I went there to look for a Toyota minivan and was unable to negoiate the price for the car. First of off, I came in at 9am. on a Saturday morning and had to wait for 45 mins. until I could see a manager. They had a management meeting on a Saturday morning. The sales person and manager had called me back on my cell phone when I walked out to try to bring me back in to work out a fair price. When I came back the second time, it wasted my two hours on a Saturday morning, I was not happy with the price and took my business somewhere.
PROS: none
CONS: lies salespeople try to get you back in the show room

We bought a Mazda Miata from these guys and found them to be pretty good. The car was in excellent condition except for the fact that the interior was covered in back to black (as many used car dealers do.) The price was very good and the salesman was helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience with these guys. The car treated me to many mile without any problems
PROS: Very good overall

We have bought one vehicle from here and taken both of our vehicles here for several years. We have always dealt with Dennis in the service department but understand that he is no longer there. He was always pleasant and informative. He was up front and honest about what needed to be done. Great experience!

Up until recently we took our van (now gone) to this place for repairs. They would charge a lot more than going to a local small shop. In the end, we opted to use the small shop because even the dealer couldn't get our van back to us same day.

I have dealt with these guys over and over with my mountaineer. They continue to make errors and do dumb stuff. While repairing something they break something located under the seat (where the original repair was) and then have the nerve to suggest it must have just been time for it to break. I was so furious that they had to keep my car for several days because they ordered a part and then discovered that the part only had 1 instead of two of whatever it was in the box. One time I had them change my rep because the other guy lied and avoided me. I'm done! I'm taking my car elsewhere now.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CRYSTAL FORD ON AUTOMOBILE DR IN SILVER SPRING!!! This is the worst dealership ever. The sales staff are rude and just trying to get paid. The service department is rude and will lie about what is actually wrong with your car. I've brought my car in for several services only the dealership will perform and have taken it elsewhere after only to find out that not only was the problem not fixed but more problems were found that could have only happened with the help of a little tampering, for example unscrewing connections so that the gas valve would accumulate dirt, etc...
