Paul the RN their is awesome. The owner Mr. William C. Blatter , has stood behind this awesome laser and products and even upgraded my laser program for free to help me grow back even more hair. I give this company the highest rating, I recommend the to any hair loss suffer in the Albany area or in the world . Thank you Mr. Blatter and HLCC you gave me my life back. Pros: Great reasult and staff Cons: Very fair price but not covered my health care more
