I will continue to take my automobiles to this establishment because of the great service and customer focus. The work force is professional and experienced.

Worst

Had the brakes replaced on all four wheels. Still makes noise after the third return visit. Taking to the dealer for service....

Busy place, clean and organaized. Dropped cars off in the morning and finished by the afternoon. Service was great, pricing was OK and most importantly they fixed it. They also called a few days later to follow up. NICE more

A cool oasis for a traveler in hot trouble 12/13/2011

Our Air conditioning compresser blew up in July, 2009. We went to several repair shops but they wanted a small fortune for an entirely new system. We live in Arkansas and were traveling.. I asked a gas station person who I should go to and he suggested Gulf Coast Auto and we did. Great people, clean shop, accomodating, knowledgable They helped with a reatal car. Today (12-13-11) I found out there was a recall on that compressor. I called them for a copy of the invoice to apply. Frank emailed it to in minutes . OH our air cond. still works perfectly! Thanks GCA. I highly recommend your business, great work.! Great people! more

Great Shop 3/30/2011

I had a sagging rear truck suspension, especially with my boat attached. I was ready to install new springs and shocks. The guys at Gulf Coast suggested installing adjustable rear air bags. Hmmmm, I never even thought more

Older shops are just better shops 5/17/2010

In a time where all you see is new corpoarte chains its refreshing to see an old established business still leading the pack. Gulf Coast has been around well over 25 years and they are FLAT OUT one of the best auto repair shops in the country. My business takes me all over the US and over the last 20 years I have visted my share of auto repair shops. They are the only place I really trust. Pros: Experience & Fair Prices Cons: Closed weekends more
